McAuley Place

Get married in the unique setting of the Arts and Culture Centre at McAuley Place, situated in the heart of Naas town. Formerly the Nuns chapel in this old convent building, it is a wonderfully atmospheric venue, full of quaint charm and personality in keeping with McAuley Place itself.The old chapel, built in , boasts exquisite stained glass windows and a soaring vaulted ceiling, making it a light filled, airy room, the perfect setting for your wedding ceremony. The heavenly acoustics of the room lend well to the sound of the original pipe organ which has been restored and is available for your wedding march. This is an elegant and intimate setting for your wedding, seating up to ninety guests. We offer the room adorned with red carpet, dressed chairs, candles, ivy and flowers, all the little touches to make your day extra special.We can host Civil, Interfaith, Humanist, Equality and Spiritual ceremonies in our Old Nuns Chapel. Luisne is an Irish word that describes the first blush of light before dawn breaks. Our Luisne garden is a woodland garden tucked beside Mc Auley Place. With its meandering path and silent stream, it is a delightful, romantic setting for either your Wedding Ceremony or your wedding photos. We can offer you a Vintage tea and champagne party in the Luisne garden after your ceremony.Our Wedding Co-Ordinator and in house florist Catherine O'Sullivan will be happy to meet with you to discuss your plans, and ensure your ceremony is a relaxed and memorable one.
