Medley is a unique wedding venue housed in a renowned Dublin landmark – the Old Irish Times Building on Fleet Street. Located in one of the city’s most historic districts and surrounded by the impressive architecture of Fleet Street, College Green and Trinity College, the venue has been extensively refurbished to the most exacting standards while retaining its warmth and charm.
Medley’s stunning mezzanine area can comfortably seat between 60 and 150 dinner guests, with space to seat a further 100 downstairs. We can accommodate up to 350 after-dinner guests in total, so nobody has to miss out on your big day. Our experienced team of friendly and dedicated staff will work with you to plan your party and coordinate every detail on the day.
Every wedding at Medley is different and we will work with you to plan a bespoke party that perfectly matches your vision. Everything from start to finish with Medley was absolutely perfect. They went above and beyond to cater to our special requests and made alterations to their fabulous menu in order to cater for dietary requirements. Nothing was too much trouble for them. All of the team from Chris planning the event, Andrew ensuring the day ran smoothly to the chef who made the most amazing food that everyone loved and the bar staff and waiting staff who were so attentive, we could not have wished for a better team to make our dream a reality. We instantly knew we were in professional hands from the moment we walked into medley. For anyone considering this venue I urge you to go have a look for yourself, you will not be disappointed. I hope to return to medley to celebrate another special event very soon.

We chose Medley as our wedding venue and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Medley has been a pleasure to work with.
The venue is outstanding. It has a ground floor and an upper mezzanine which works well for a wedding, and with our 75 guests, it worked perfectly as the place didn't feel empty at all. Usually the ceremonies are done upstairs but we chose to do a casual downstairs standing ceremony, which worked fantastically. There was such a cool vibe and everyone loved it.
Chris, our event coordinator guided us through the process. We couldn't have been in better hands. Chris is so lovely and helpful with all our queries. We had a tour of the venue with him and we fell in love with the place.
For us, food was such an important aspect in our wedding and Medley delivered! We had canapes served after our ceremony and then a sit-down meal (starters and mains) with a desert bar later downstairs. The food was divine. We've had so many guests compliment the food. It was something they've never seen at a wedding before. The 10oz Ribeye and Hake went down well! Cooked to perfection. The evening food was delicious pizza and spice boxes. These were handed out to guests by the waiting staff. The staff even kept note of the vegetarians and one of our guests, who didn't eat cheese, was delivered their own custom pizzas. This service was above and beyond and something we did not expect on the night.
Bryan took care of the event coordination on the night. He is such a professional and looked after every aspect, such as the event timings, MC, food delivery, etc. We were so impressed with him, he's such a nice guy.
The staff on the floor and in the bar were lovely and amazing. They kept smiling all night and we've heard nothing but compliments about them from our guests.
Our wedding at Medley exceeded all of our expectations and it made our dream come true. The lighting of the venue matched our retro / synth wave theme and the photos are beautiful and unique, much different from the traditional hotel wedding. Don't hesitate to talk to Chris to get the tour, you won't regret it!

Medley an amazing city centre venue with great staff to help you create your perfect party, formal / casual / cool whatever you want. We wanted a fun socialable party and what we got far exceeded our expectations. Everybody had a great night fantastic food, amazing cocktails and attentive courteous staff all helped us have a great night. We didn't want to go home!

We couldn't have been happier with our wedding at Medley. The whole process was so easy and enjoyable, with Niamh and Andrew always available to answer our questions and help us plan the day smoothly. Our guests were completely blown away by the amazing food and the staff took amazing care of us all. Recommend extremely highly for the perfect city centre wedding.

The best venue and team a bride and groom could ask to Plan along side! Medley got every detail down to a tee. The food was every bit the standard Andrew portrays. The timing and quality of the venue was everything Chris had set in stone. The staff, including chefs couldn't have been more accommodating. They got everything right. Our guests are still talking about the venue and food! We can't thank the whole team enough. They made our day!

An amazing venue. Andrew was incredibly helpful for the start and brought everything together on the day. The staff made everyone feels special and there were a number of personal touches which helped make our day. Food quality was superb.

We had a fantastic day. This venue is superb. Very chic, new York loft style venue. If you are looking for trendy and something a bit different this is the place. Andrew and Chris were fantastic hosts. They made everything so easy for me. Even when I was stressed out with the smaller details they took care of the bigger details, right down to organising a spot off Grafton Street for a quick drink before heading to Medley. Thanks Chris. I can't fault their professionalism. They did everything for me and made me feel so relaxed. And last but not least the food which was amazing. I'm still getting comments from people saying their steak was the best they ever had. Loved every minute of it and this venue made the whole wedding day, it just wouldn't have been the day we wanted without it. Thank you to all involved.

My husband and I got married on 7th Sept and had a small, intimate ceremony and reception with c. 20 family and friends. The following day we wanted the complete opposite and to have a big party with our broader family and friend circle. We chose Medley for the place to hold this. We had an evening party from c. 5pm onwards with a drinks reception, buffet dinner followed by a band and DJ / dancing. The team in Medley were so on board with this idea from the beginning and everything was very much tailored for us to be 'party' style with little of the usual wedding formalities etc which is what we wanted. We completely tailor picked the meal on the evening and the chefs in Medley worked with our ideas to create a very 'us' menu.. The food was amazing and the set up of the cheeses and dessert tables etc was stunning! Chris was a pleasure to work with in the run up to the wedding - we organised it from Tokyo where we are living and he ensured that everything was seamless and there was no panic at any stage. On the night Brian was a dream and kept everything going like clockwork - I also really appreciated the added touch of the sake he got us for our first toast to represent our life in Japan. We had a fab evening and defo recommend!

Medley was the perfect venue for a city wedding: central location, decoration that sustain itself if you want to go low key and a great set-up, especially as we had guests with specific access required. The team was very flexible and responsive, even advising on vendors and the bar/waiting staff was amazing throughout the evening, pro and friendly. One of the key qualities was the organization and the food. The venue was very accommodating to the different vendors involved, the latest again was accommodated and got compliment from guests all around! I would strongly recommend the venue, they were key in making the day amazing!

We enjoyed every minute of our wedding. Chris, Andrew and Bryan were a pleasure to deal with when planning our wedding - they were full of ideas and completely flexible. On the day itself, everything went to plan and we didn't have to worry about anything. Our guests loved the venue and are still talking about the amazing food.

Medley was an absolutely AMAZING venue for our wedding dinner. Every step of the process from viewing, booking, organising and enjoying the day was such a pleasure.
Chris was our point of contact and he was SO helpful, friendly, and organised. All of the details, from dietary requirements to decorations, were handled with absolute care.
The space was fantastic on the day, and we enjoyed the bar downstairs and the dining room upstairs. The staff were attentive and friendly. But for us, the food was the BEST PART. We wanted to avoid a hotel meal and go for something different. We both agree that we have never eaten so well at a wedding, and the guests loved it too. When the wedding comes up in conversation, the first thing people say is how good the food was!
We had a great time, and would absolutely 100% recommend Medley for a wedding or other event.

Beautiful venue. The say went smoothly with the help of Chris and his team. It was exactly the atmosphere that we were looking for. I would highly recommend this venue for an intimate or big civil ceremony wedding and reception. The food was excellent.

We originally were planning a country wedding but changed our minds to a city wedding for various reasons. We searched for a few venues and Medley came up. We had eaten in the previous Medley above the AA office and knew that the food would be good. Once we saw the new building it's now in we were immediatly sold. It's got a lovely, slightly industrial, feel to it thats been decorated and laid out very well by Andrew and his team. There are 2 floors and so we had the reception downstairs, the meal upstairs and after the meal the tables were cleared, another load of guests arrived downstairs and the DJ started upstairs at the rear which made a good dance area with plenty of space downstairs for people to hang out and chat.
The meal, from canapes and oysters during the reception, to the 3 course meal with a choice for mains and then the afters food was amazing and Andrew helped us picking the menu. There are 2 bars in the building and all the staff and managers were very helpful and polite.
All in all we had a fantastic day here enjoyed by us and all our guests with alot of the organising pain taken out as this place really is a great one stop shop and a lovely wedding venue. Highly recommend if you're having a city wedding!!

Medley far surpassed our expectations - and we were expecting great things. From the very first email, interactions were incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. We planned the whole thing from overseas and had never seen the venue 'in person' (and we had to change our previously booked wedding venue), but it was a joy. The food was absolutely outstanding - every course was a knockout and we felt really involved, but without too much effort!
It truly felt like we were the only couple they were working with, and Chris is possibly one of the nicest and most organised people I have ever met in my life.
I really cant recommend him and Medley enough - thank you Andrew and team.

We hired Medley to host our pre wedding dinner on the 30th March 2018. As the event was an India-Irish celebration, we wanted our guests to taste the best of Ireland as well as having an international flavor. Having met with Andrew, we knew that his team would provide the service and atmosphere that we wanted our guests to enjoy. Andrew has an honest and frank approach to doing business which is refreshing.
We were not disappointed on the night, Andrew and his team provided a celebration of international food and the prefect ambiance for our intimate gathering based on the menus that were designed for the event. No-one left the venue hungry or disappointed! The service was excellent and having the venue to ourselves was the perfect environment for our guests to mingle.

In essence the overall experience was excellent. From the beginning Andrew, Chris and the staff at Medley were extremely helpful. If we had to focus on the defining features of the whole experience were 1) the quality of the food which was exceptional and 2) the flexibility of the staff and the venue.
From the first meeting it was made clear to us that the venue could be set up to meet whatever our requirements would be, whether we wanted something simple and stylish or something extavangant (the option of trapeze artist serving drinks while hanging from the ceiling was even floated).
The space itself is excellent, with the two floors allowing the crowd to move from place to place. This allowed us to break the speeches up into three separate parts which the guest largely appreciated. The basic underlying design of the space is very stylish and the City Centre location was very convenient.
The staff were outstanding, From the planning stage to the night itself. The bar staff were friendly with guests, helpfully giving recommendations for drinks and cocktails.
The food itself was outstanding with A la Carte menus for all guests. Each meal was restaurant standard and we could not get over the feedback from our guests on the food in particular.

We cannot recommend Medley highly enough. From the very start of the process their enthusiasm was infectious. We wanted to have our wedding at Medley because we knew we would get superb food, but we also got superb staff, in a superb setup, all combining to make the perfect day.

Medley was the perfect venue for our wedding. Andrew and the team were a pleasure to deal with and they gave us lots of ideas and pulled out all the stops to make best use of the space, provide amazing food, and create a great party for our guests. Top notch and couldn't recommend more highly, especially if you have a large group. The team catered perfectly for our 160+ guests.

Medley was an amazing wedding venue. Andrew and Chris were wonderful to work with, from the moment I contacted them to enquire about the venue. We live on the west coast of the US, so it was so important for us to work with a flexible, responsive team and the team could not have done more to accommodate us. We were looking for a venue with a city vibe and Medley was perfect for that. All our guests complimented the food, the staff and loved the venue itself.
I would most definitely recommend Medley for a couple looking for a chilled, cool, urban venue.

Medley was a perfect venue for a city wedding. The decor is chic and stylish and the food was fantastic. One of the hardest parts of planning was deciding what menu to serve from their long list of dishes. Responsiveness could have been a bit better when we had inquiries but other than that definitely recommend.

Andrew and Chris were fantastic to deal with for our city wedding this summer. They really understood how we envisioned our "wedding without the boring bits" and went above and beyond to make it all happen. The food and service was nothing short of perfect and everyone commented on how great the venue was. We couldn't have asked for better!

Medley was a lovely venue for our wedding reception dinner! The food was fantastic ? all our guests commented on how delicious everything was, from the canapes to the main course and dessert!
