Springfield Hotel - Wedding Venue, Leixlip

The Springfield Hotel provided the perfect venue for our summer wedding. From the first time that we visited to view the hotel in 2022 right up to our wedding (with a few visits in between) the hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating. In the lead up, the wedding team were always very helpful and answered any questions and requests that we had promptly. Even with the takeover by Cliste within weeks of our perfect day it all went off extremely smoothly - despite our natural reservations and worries. On the day, our guests were full of compliments on the service provided and the hotel as a whole. We had the most amazing time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Springfield to any couple that are considering it as a wedding venue.

We were blown away by the set up the Springfield had for weddings - including being able to introduce our colour scheme and adding the personal touch. The grounds allowed for some stunning photos in the garden. They know how to do a job right and do it well. There was no doubt in our minds after viewing the hotel and chatting with Eileen and Padraig that this was the hotel for us. Eileen and Padraig were a great support during the planning stages and we even got access to a wedding planning website called moposa that was good for reminding me about things I had to look at! Every single member of staff was absolutely phenomenal. From concierge, the week of the wedding when we were dropping off decorations etc., to reception when arranging rooms for guests and to bar staff and for catering to all our guests needs. It was unbelievable the care and attention given to us all.
Even the wedding tasting session was fantastic, they were so helpful to arrange anything that we wanted in particular and the selection of food is spectacular, even tweaking the meals to meet our requests. The drinks reception room was a great space for our guest to mingle and enjoy some Prosecco and tea/coffee with scones. The room was decorated with all the additions we had organised also.
The bridal suite, was fabulous and we got some lovely bubbles when we arrived. We felt like celebrities from the moment we arrived, nothing was too big or small. They were so good to cater to our requests especially when we had a little girl to look after in terms of cot/food, babysitter etc. Everything was well looked after. Every guest has commented on how helpful all of your staff were. Truly top class service! We cannot wait to come back next year to celebrate our anniversary. No words will every cover how much we enjoyed our wedding day or how grateful we are to you for this.

I had a stress free wedding and this was down to The Springfield hotel from the day of booking our wedding til our wedding day the staff were amazing and made it the best day of our life. I honestly cannot reccomend this hotel enough.

We couldn't fault anything about our wedding day or the lead upto it . The hotel staff were amazing and so helpful with anything we needed , nothing was a bother for them. We had our room decorated through the hotel too and it was stunning. The dinner was unbelievable everybody comment how tasty it was, and the rooms to stay in were so modern and cosy. Couldn't recommend the Springfield Hotel enough for a wedding. The best day start to finish.

What a venue what a day and what staff ,our day was amazing an from the 1st day we decided to book our wedding in sept 2021 padraig went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok,contacted us with updates,the staff on the day were amazing so professional special mention to Tracy and padraig who made the day so easy an had everything running smoothly,the food was amazing an people still talking about it,the venue is beautiful for both our civil ceremony and evening,the staff serving us couldn't thank them enough,words can't describe how great the Springfield is,if you are planning a wedding this is the place the location the staff the food it has everything,we would highly recommend the Springfield

Ger, Padraig, Eileen and their team were truly amazing for our wedding. Ceremony, dinner & party...We could not have asked for more. The venue was superb. The value excellent. They are the opposite of money grabbers (unlike many other venues we considered). They look after you like family ! Every single guest complimented the hotel and their staff. Food - fantastic. Venue - beautiful. Service - above & beyond expectations. We would recommend +++

This hotel is absolutely amazing.
The staff went above and beyond to make our day special. From the day we booked our wedding with them they kept in touch the whole time with us.we booked the package deal with them and it really took alot of the stress from us as everything was done for us.My son has alot of food allergies and they were fantastic looking after his needs which helped me relax during our stay with them.
The staff are absolutely brilliant.so friendly and welcoming.

We went to the Springfield for our wedding venue two years ago, when we walked in and met Padraig and we chatted about what we would of liked for our wedding he could not have been more helpful, Padraig made us feel so comfortable and we knew from that moment we wanted to have our wedding in the Springfield so we booked it straight away,we had planned to have 150 guests , we were to get married in june 2020, but unfortunately because 9f covid we had to rearrange, padraig was always in touch by phone or email to offer us advice, we changed our date again to November, but covid still put a stop to this date too, Padraig and Eileen were so good to us and gave us a date for march 2021, we decided to go ahead with our wedding with smaller numbers, we are so glad we did, we had the best day ever, padraig , Eileen and all the staff went above and beyond for us on our day, our ceremony, the decor the hotel had laid on for us was just truly amazing, we felt so at ease from the moment we walked into the hotel, all of our guests complimented how beautiful the hotel was and how relaxing and family oriented the hotel was, everyone loved the food, The day was amazing for us and our guests, and we could not be more thankful to Padraig, Eileen, Audrey and everyone that looked after us all on the day, we would highly recommend the Springfield Hotel for a wedding no matter how big or small, or for any function, we look forward to going back to hotel when we can and we will always treasure our day thanks to all the staff at the Springfield Hotel, lots of love bec and paddy Mulroy

From our very first visit to the hotel 2.5 yrs in advance for New Years Eve 2019 Eileen,Ger,Ben and Padraig could not do enough for us , This hotel and staff has every aspect of a wedding down to perfection.We chose the All Inclusive Package and every vendor was incredibly friendly and helpful. No question went unanswered and no worry went unsolved.
The vendors and all the staff at the Springfield made our day truly wonderful. On the day all staff were incredibly friendly , warm, happy and helpful.
A particular mention has to be given to the band Something Else who had our Guests on the Dance floor from the very first until the last song of the night We loved the family feel to the hotel and how welcome we and our guests were made feel. Our guests who traveled from Canada and the UK as well as all over Ireland said their stay was lovely. They particularly commented on the friendly staff and wonderful food which was in abundance as guests were offered 2nd helpings and even 3rd . We can not thank each and ever person involved through the whole process enough.They made every dream come True and will always have a special place in our hearts

We can’t thank Padraig and staff enough for the whole experience. We chose the Springfield Hotel for our all inclusive wedding and it certainly delivered on every level. Padraig was so attentive and ensured there were no nerves or hiccups on the day. Our family and guests are still raving about the day seven months later. We would highly recommend the Springfield Hotel.

Amazing venue. Staff so friendly and helpful. Answered any queries we had so quickly. So professional. Room was amazing with smoking area just off room so noone had to leave. Something else band what can I say just amazing tunes were great. Padraig Eileen on the ball with everything. Food was superb and guests also got extra meat/potatoes if they wanted it. Package deal is just amazing for the price and what you get. Couldnt recommend enough.

Couldnt reccomend this hotel more if i tryed. the best weekend of my life . The staff are amazing. From start to finish nothing was to small or big for them to do . Such a cozy hotel the most laid back and relaxed hotel ever . Reccomend 100%

I can not recommend the Spring field Hotel enough. We planned our wedding two years in advance and the wedding planners kept us update with what needed to be done. The day of the wedding was the most amazing day the staff were great and the food was amazing. They really helped make our day so special

We had our wedding in the Springfield Hotel on 20th April. It was the best day the food,staff and venue was amazing. Our guests made comments throughout the day saying how well everything was organised and the food was understanding. Eileen and Padraig were a pleasure to deal with it. The hotel organised a babysitter for me and a lovely girl named Aimee minded our little girl it was a great relief knowing our baby was in safe hands. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to book their wedding.

Springfort hall is amazing. From start to finish, their service really was 5 star. Marcella, Amy and Paul we're great to work with throughout the planning and kept in touch all the time. The food, venue and staff make the whole wedding day one to remember. All my guests had amazing reviews too which meant a lot us after our wedding. Everyone went above and beyond.

Myself and Colleen had a fantastic day. All the staff were so welcoming and all the guests kept saying how much they liked the hotel, and the food was lovely, padraig and eileen were both so helpful and patient throughout the whole planning process and on the day, we had a fantastic day!

I got married in the Springfield the 10th of August and they were just amazing! Padraig, Ger, Eileen & team are just incredible! They make any coupls getting married feel at ease knowing all their little worries are being looked after! The service was absolutely brilliant and all our guests were talking about every little detail. I would just like to say thanks a mill for an unforgettable day!

Fantastic from start to finish.

The Springfield Hotel is the perfect wedding venue. We got married on the 5th of may and booked the all inclusive package. This was amazing value and worked perfectly for us as we were planning our wedding from Australia. Eileen and her team were a pleasure to deal with, going above and beyond to recommend suppliers, liase with suppliers and generally be an amazing point of contact. No request was too big. We had a lot of people travelling to the wedding and Eileen and her team were able to recommend local hair and make up for those who were travelling. In the run up to the wedding we had an unexpected problem with our payment the hotel was so understanding and patient while we sorted it all out. The bridal suite is stunning, a real piece of luxury and all the other rooms were very impressive. On the day of our wedding everything ran so smoothly, the food was absolutely out of this world and there was so much of it! Everyone was offered seconds. Ger, Ben and their team made sure everything ran like clockwork reassuring us that there were no problems only solutions that day, it was no bother at all to them when unexpected guests arrived for the meal. I cannot praise this hotel enough and I cannot think of any negatives to add we would highly recommend The Springfield Hotel to anyone looking for a wedding venue. I wish we could do it all over again!

Such an amazing venue to have a wedding. Staff are so helpful and nothing is too much for them!! Eileen and padraig are extremely experienced and know exactly what they are doing. Only word to describe our wedding day is perfect!

Johnathan and his family were so helpful. Nothing was a problem and organising a wedding in Ireland from London was put at ease by them.
They issued a list of recommended suppliers from Flowers, make up and music (which was all down to our taste.)
The my even took the delivery of our flowers and wedding items.
This location was perfect, it was private and everything I wanted and more.
If I could do it all again I would definitely still use the same venue and suppliers.
My wedding day was perfect.

Had the most fantastic experience with this hotel.
Eileen, Padraig and Ger were superb in catering for everything and everyone, cannot thank or recommended the staff or hotel enough. From our first meeting with Padraig we were totally relaxed knowing we were in good hands, the team here are extremely professional and attentive whilst still managing to keep things light and upbeat which translated to our guests who loved everything on the day from the food to entertainment to value of the rooms, book this hotel and let the staff do what they do best and you will be so glad on the big day you have.

Our wedding day in the Springfield Hotel was perfect! We were so well looked after, the food was delicious and the staff were so friendly. Many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to! Ger and Porack were very efficient and made everything run smoothly. Amazing hotel and amazing staff!

We got married in The Springfield Hotel in Leixlip, on August 26th. I can only try and write into words how amazing the day was from start to finish. From day one of meeting Eileen & Padraig we knew we were in good hands, every email was answered promptly, every phone call was answered with a friendly hello, there was no request to big or small and leading up to the big day I had nothing but full confidence that everything would go well. On the big day itself the hotel staff were all professional and friendly, we had our ceremony in the hotel itself and Padraig treated myself and my husband like king and queen, our guests raved about the amazing food, the beautiful decor in the room and how helpful staff were. To anyone thinking of booking The Springfield Hotel as your wedding venue you will not be dissapointed.

We had our wedding in the Springfield Hotel on November 6th this year. What can we say about it? Well, from the first meeting we had with the manager Padraig to the moment we checked out the next day the service and attention to detail was excellent. You would have to travel far & wide to find somewhere to beat it. The food was amazing & staff are second to none. They looked after us & our guests brilliantly and nothing was too much trouble for them. 10 out of 10 to Padraig for recommending our DJ, Eric Whelan. He played brilliant music & the dance floor was never empty. Thanks to Padraig, Ger & the team for a fantastic day.

The hotel were amazing to deal with and we had an amazing day. The looked after us and all our guests from start to finish. Any change we wanted to make was never a problem. The food was beautiful and the venue looked fantastic. Our package was brilliant and included so much. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. I would highly recommend getting married in the Springfield hotel.

We recently had our civil wedding (June) in the Springfield hotel. From day one, Eileen, Patrick and Ger were extremely helpful and friendly. They really went above and beyond to cater to our needs.
The venue was absolutely stunning. Everything about the room, from the tables and chairs to the backdrops and lights, was amazing and certainly made it a day to remember. The food was lovely and the staff were always on hand to make sure it all went smoothly and to offer any help needed. Their recommended florist, car, and cake baker were all top notch and really made the day special. We booked one of the hotel's recommended bands, On the Upside, and their set at our wedding was amazing. The dance floor was never empty and to this day we are still told how fantastic the band were. The bridal sweet was beautiful and was the perfect end to a perfect day.

One month on and our guests are still telling us that it was one of the best weddings they have been to. We cannot recommend the Springfield Hotel in Leixlip enough as a wedding venue!

Eileen, Ger and Padraig and ALL of the staff down to the night porter and security to housekeepers they were EXCEPTIONAL. They could not do enough for us and there was so much food, I have never seen a hotel offer seconds of everything right down to extra pieces of salmon and beef, it was amazing!!
Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were treated like royalty all day and night!
The package was amazing value and car, florist, band, Dj etc were of an exceptional standard.
I would highly recommend the Springfield hotel for a wedding even our guests from abroad that stayed several nights have said the hotel could not do enough for them!

Stayed here over a weekend for a wedding and surprise 40th birthday party. The hotel is very comfortable, food was excellent, service was good, staff were excellent - professional, welcoming and friendly - in particular Ger who couldn't do enough to ensure everything went smoothly for the bride and groom and all the guests of the weekend.
