Springfield Hotel - Wedding Venue, Leixlip

We had a small intimate ceremony with our immediate families followed by big evening party with 150 guests.

From the day we booked our wedding until we checked out the day after the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we dreamt it would be.

All staff in the hotel were absolutely incredible but we want to give special thanks to Lynn who received what felt like a million emails from us and always replied quickly answering every question and making sure every detail was perfect.

We would also like to thank Sean who was looking after us on the day of the wedding because he was so attentive and looked after EVERYTHING from organising the table numbers to queueing the music during our ceremony and everything in between.

There is not one detail that I would change about our wedding day and I would recommend the Springfield Hotel to everyone whether it is a small intimate ceremony or an all out wedding bash

We had our wedding reception in the springfield hotel. The staff and wedding coordinator Lynn were so helpful and couldn't have done enough for us.
My bridal party stayed the night before and got ready in the hotel, which the hotel provided a meeting room for the hair and make up prep. Making the morning so more relaxed.

On the day the food was delicious the staff were so helpful and a special thank you to Sean who make everything flow perfectly and put us at ease on the day. And an extra mention to the chef who whipped up a birthday cake for the groom as he thought we forgot the surprise cake (which was in a car outside!). Fair play to him. We got to eat it the next day!
All our guests throughly enjoyed themselves and remarked on how nice the staff and food were.

The prices are very good and I would definitely recommend the springfield as a venue.

We had the best day for our wedding here, there were only a couple of minor hiccups on the day but all our guests said they had a great time. Staff were there to help in anyway they could, they were very helpful, the set up was very well done, exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend this hotel. It has become a favourite place of ours to visit now.

This hotel was so welcoming from the moment we arrived at their wedding fair. The staff are so friendly, from the wedding coordinators, the bar staff, the front of house staff & special mention to general manager Sean, he was so calm and nothing was too much bother. The food on the day of the wedding was unreal, so fresh and flavoursome, even the scones and sandwiches for the drinks reception and the evening food was plentiful and so fresh. We really didn't have any problems at all, everything was taken care of, the hotel looked after any extra decoration we provided and even filled the candy cart for us. We only had to show up on the day and enjoy ourselves. I can't fault the hotel at all, their standards are very high and the staff are exceptional. We would choose the venue again in a heartbeat, Thanks to all involved for making our day perfect.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for a wedding, giving the lengthy time the hotel hosts wedding. Experience says a lot and makes things so much easier. Great food catering for all needs, nothing is too much trouble. Bands and Dj are amazing.

We had our big day on the 8th of June 2024. From start to finish the Springfield were so easy to work with. We could meet them at any time and they were always available to discuss any concerns we had. There all inclusive package is extremely good value and they allowed us to add in extras that we wanted. I 100% recommend this hotel if you are looking for your wedding.

Overall we had a positive experience. We had initially booked with the previous owners only to find out that the hotel was going to change ownership. Due to this we felt that there was a lot of communication with too many people and we were never sure of who our actual wedding co-ordinator was. All staff that we dealt with were helpful but it was a little frustrating been passed from one person to another. Aside from that we were really happy with the food, decor and layout of the venue. A few issues with our ceremony music been too low and the delay of the clearing of the top table which meant our evening entertainment didn't start until well after 10pm. I would recommend the Springfield as a wedding venue, I'm sure the new management will be a lot more settled in now and will iron out any changes needed.

The Springfield hotel made sure we had the most amazing day! From the time of booking to the wedding day they were fantastic. Our day went perfectly, the food always fabulous and the service on the day was seamless. Sean and the team were so helpful. We are very happy to have had our wedding day in the Springfield Hotel and wouldn’t change a thing.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Springfield Hotel in April. I can honestly say we could not find fault in anything, from the day we booked until the day of celebrations.
Every staff member we had the pleasure of dealing with since we booked have gone above and beyond and showed great care and dedication to us.
On the day there is not one thing we would have changed. From the time the car picked me up until the last dance of the night everything was perfect.
The food that was served was delicious and all our guests were praising it, with the service being quick and faultless.
A special mention to Sean the manager, he kept in touch the week before the wedding and checked in with us throughout the day, he really helped keep us relaxed on the day.
Another mention to Ciaran, he served and looked after the top table making sure we were all comfortable and happy. He made a special effort with our younger wedding party (7&6), making sure they had the food they wanted and chatting with them throughout. We would recommend the hotel to anyone and we will definitely be returning to celebrate other special occasions.

We had our Wedding in September in the Springfield. It was the best day of our lives. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. Pauric and Vaida are fantastic at what they do. They where so helpful and very catering to what we wanted. The food was delicious so hats of to the chef. The hotel it's self is very warm and such a lovely atmosphere. We would love to be doing it all over again. Could not fault this place and our wedding ????????

The Springfield Hotel provided the perfect venue for our summer wedding. From the first time that we visited to view the hotel in 2022 right up to our wedding (with a few visits in between) the hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating. In the lead up, the wedding team were always very helpful and answered any questions and requests that we had promptly. Even with the takeover by Cliste within weeks of our perfect day it all went off extremely smoothly - despite our natural reservations and worries. On the day, our guests were full of compliments on the service provided and the hotel as a whole. We had the most amazing time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Springfield to any couple that are considering it as a wedding venue.

We were blown away by the set up the Springfield had for weddings - including being able to introduce our colour scheme and adding the personal touch. The grounds allowed for some stunning photos in the garden. They know how to do a job right and do it well. There was no doubt in our minds after viewing the hotel and chatting with Eileen and Padraig that this was the hotel for us. Eileen and Padraig were a great support during the planning stages and we even got access to a wedding planning website called moposa that was good for reminding me about things I had to look at! Every single member of staff was absolutely phenomenal. From concierge, the week of the wedding when we were dropping off decorations etc., to reception when arranging rooms for guests and to bar staff and for catering to all our guests needs. It was unbelievable the care and attention given to us all.
Even the wedding tasting session was fantastic, they were so helpful to arrange anything that we wanted in particular and the selection of food is spectacular, even tweaking the meals to meet our requests. The drinks reception room was a great space for our guest to mingle and enjoy some Prosecco and tea/coffee with scones. The room was decorated with all the additions we had organised also.
The bridal suite, was fabulous and we got some lovely bubbles when we arrived. We felt like celebrities from the moment we arrived, nothing was too big or small. They were so good to cater to our requests especially when we had a little girl to look after in terms of cot/food, babysitter etc. Everything was well looked after. Every guest has commented on how helpful all of your staff were. Truly top class service! We cannot wait to come back next year to celebrate our anniversary. No words will every cover how much we enjoyed our wedding day or how grateful we are to you for this.

Food was absolutely delicious great value for money ate so much the entire day . Staff were very helpful no matter the request. Rooms were spotless and big as well. Great package deal and all supplier were amazing to deal with

I had a stress free wedding and this was down to The Springfield hotel from the day of booking our wedding til our wedding day the staff were amazing and made it the best day of our life. I honestly cannot reccomend this hotel enough.

We couldn't fault anything about our wedding day or the lead upto it . The hotel staff were amazing and so helpful with anything we needed , nothing was a bother for them. We had our room decorated through the hotel too and it was stunning. The dinner was unbelievable everybody comment how tasty it was, and the rooms to stay in were so modern and cosy. Couldn't recommend the Springfield Hotel enough for a wedding. The best day start to finish.

I cannot recommend the Springfield more ! They were absolutely amazing. From the first chat and venue tour to the day after the wedding. This venue was the perfect mix of laid back/relaxed while also providing excellence in quality and attention to detail. The hotel staff are all like one big family and this allows them to run things so seamlessly. We didn't have to worry about a thing. They were flexible and approachable which allowed us to have the day our way. The food was gorgeous and plentiful, people were offered more meat and veg they were especially accommodating of children ?. The ceremony room was intimate and decorated beautifully. The team directed the wedding party bridesmaids etc so well it ran like clockwork, the ceremony was so special. The evening was a fantastic party platters with more than enough food for everyone were brought out the bar was well staffed. Overall I just recommend this hotel so much. It was the first and only venue we looked at we booked straight away it just felt right for us from the get go and it did not disappoint. Thanks ger and all at the Springfield. You really are a very special hotel.

Springfield Hotel is quite simply the best wedding venue out there. Eileen, Padraig, Grace and the entire staff moved heaven and earth to ensure myself and my bride had the most incredible day. From initial first meeting and tour of the venue, menu tasting, seating plan, to the most attentive staff ensured the entire day was pain-free, leaving ourselves and our guests to enjoy ourselves immensely. Cannot speak highly enough for the quality of the food served, how fantastic the venue looked, simply put the Springfield Hotel is awesome. The staff constantly went above and beyond, by paying attention to every single detail, such as assisting my bride with the long train her dress and veil had as she made her entrance. Also 2nd helpings offered during main course was noteworthy. Nothing was too much trouble and they really made the day extra special

Ger, Padraig, Eileen and their team were truly amazing for our wedding. Ceremony, dinner & party...We could not have asked for more. The venue was superb. The value excellent. They are the opposite of money grabbers (unlike many other venues we considered). They look after you like family ! Every single guest complimented the hotel and their staff. Food - fantastic. Hi there. I really hope anybody thinking of getting married will look at the springfield hotel in lexlip. We had our wedding afters there and were absolutely 100percent over the moon we picked this venue. Everything from the food reception on arrival till we checked out the next day was un real our guests were well looked after and the feed back we got off them were all positive from the food and drinks on arrival, the meal, the service, the rooms and just everypart of our weekend was perfect. Not 1 complaint did we have off our 140 guests. If you are thinking of getting married you really need to look at the springfield hotel lexlip.oh and not to mention we got a brillant all inclusive package deal..

This venue went out of their way to make our day so special from start to finish , I'd highly recommend having your day here. Wish we could do it all again

This hotel is absolutely amazing. It makes your special day alot easier wen staff and management know exactly wat you want and how.. There communication is 120%.. There response is fantastic. We had a fab day along with our guests. The food was fab and everything was on time.. I really cannot fault thud hotel in any aspects....

This hotel is absolutely amazing.
The staff went above and beyond to make our day special. From the day we booked our wedding with them they kept in touch the whole time with us.we booked the package deal with them and it really took alot of the stress from us as everything was done for us.My son has alot of food allergies and they were fantastic looking after his needs which helped me relax during our stay with them.
The staff are absolutely brilliant.so friendly and welcoming.

We went to the Springfield for our wedding venue two years ago, when we walked in and met Padraig and we chatted about what we would of liked for our wedding he could not have been more helpful, Padraig made us feel so comfortable and we knew from that moment we wanted to have our wedding in the Springfield so we booked it straight away,we had planned to have 150 guests , we were to get married in june 2020, but unfortunately because 9f covid we had to rearrange, padraig was always in touch by phone or email to offer us advice, we changed our date again to November, but covid still put a stop to this date too, Padraig and Eileen were so good to us and gave us a date for march 2021, we decided to go ahead with our wedding with smaller numbers, we are so glad we did, we had the best day ever, padraig , Eileen and all the staff went above and beyond for us on our day, our ceremony, the decor the hotel had laid on for us was just truly amazing, we felt so at ease from the moment we walked into the hotel, all of our guests complimented how beautiful the hotel was and how relaxing and family oriented the hotel was, everyone loved the food, The day was amazing for us and our guests, and we could not be more thankful to Padraig, Eileen, Audrey and everyone that looked after us all on the day, we would highly recommend the Springfield Hotel for a wedding no matter how big or small, or for any function, we look forward to going back to hotel when we can and we will always treasure our day thanks to all the staff at the Springfield Hotel, lots of love bec and paddy Mulroy

We celebrated our wedding in the Springfield Hotel on October 3rd 2020. We had the most amazing day. Everything was perfect from start to finish! From our very first meeting with the team we knew we were in safe hands. We went for the all inclusive package which was so convenient. We booked the majority of our suppliers at the wedding showcase in the hotel. The wedding team and suppliers were always so responsive to emails and calls. They were also very flexible to any changes we needed to make to our package due to covid.
We could not recommend the hotel highly enough....nothing to was too much trouble!Our guests all had a fantastic day and are still complimenting the food!

From our very first visit to the hotel 2.5 yrs in advance for New Years Eve 2019 Eileen,Ger,Ben and Padraig could not do enough for us , This hotel and staff has every aspect of a wedding down to perfection.We chose the All Inclusive Package and every vendor was incredibly friendly and helpful. No question went unanswered and no worry went unsolved.
The vendors and all the staff at the Springfield made our day truly wonderful. On the day all staff were incredibly friendly , warm, happy and helpful.
A particular mention has to be given to the band Something Else who had our Guests on the Dance floor from the very first until the last song of the night We loved the family feel to the hotel and how welcome we and our guests were made feel. Our guests who traveled from Canada and the UK as well as all over Ireland said their stay was lovely. They particularly commented on the friendly staff and wonderful food which was in abundance as guests were offered 2nd helpings and even 3rd . We can not thank each and ever person involved through the whole process enough.They made every dream come True and will always have a special place in our hearts

Myself and my husband had yhe pleasure of having our fantastic wedding reception in the Springfield hotel on the 16th november 2019. We had visited lots of venues and we found that we were aslways comparing it to the Springfield hotel think we knew as soon as we first walked into the Springfield hotel it was the place we wanted all management and staff and all suppliers that we approached we so helpful and wanted the best for us on our day and catered to our needs i couldn't recommend them enough they are doing an amazing job and everyone said that it was the best wedding they have been to. We can't thank Padraig and staff enough for the whole experience. We chose the Springfield Hotel for our all inclusive wedding and it certainly delivered on every level. Myself and my husband celebrated out wedding in the springfield hotel last weekend and what can I say we had the best day of our lives, Eileen, Padraig,Ger and all the staff are so professional the day ran so smoothly from beginning to end. Amazing venue. Staff so friendly and helpful. Answered any queries we had so quickly. So professional. Room was amazing with smoking area just off room so noone had to leave. Something else band what can I say just amazing tunes were great. Padraig Eileen on the ball with everything. Food was superb and guests also got extra meat/potatoes if they wanted it. Package deal is just amazing for the price and what you get. Couldnt recommend enough.

I can not recommend the Spring field Hotel enough. We planned our wedding two years in advance and the wedding planners kept us update with what needed to be done. The day of the wedding was the most amazing day the staff were great and the food was amazing. They really helped make our day so special

We had our wedding in the Springfield Hotel on 20th April. It was the best day the food,staff and venue was amazing. Our guests made comments throughout the day saying how well everything was organised and the food was understanding. Eileen and Padraig were a pleasure to deal with it. The hotel organised a babysitter for me and a lovely girl named Aimee minded our little girl it was a great relief knowing our baby was in safe hands. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to book their wedding.

We got married the 13th of April 2019 and one word sums up the day-AMAZING!! The hotel staff could not do enough for us and went out of their way to make sure our day ran smooth. Our guests even commented on how well organised the day was. the communication from both Eileen and Padraig has been excellent. Emails were responded to within the same day. On the day of the wedding Padraig was there to meet me before the ceremony began and put me at ease. They made sure that we both had a drink when we got back from our photos and guided my bridal party in to make a perfect entrance. Padraig and Eileen and the rest of the staff worked effortlessly both before, during and after our big day. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone that is getting married. Thank you for everything to have done for us to make our day so special.

Springfort hall is amazing. From start to finish, their service really was 5 star. Marcella, Amy and Paul we're great to work with throughout the planning and kept in touch all the time. The food, venue and staff make the whole wedding day one to remember. All my guests had amazing reviews too which meant a lot us after our wedding. Everyone went above and beyond.

FANTASTIC WEDDING VENUE
We had our wedding in the Springfield hotel in July 2018 and it was exactly what we were looking for in terms of food, atmosphere we were blown away by the overall experience.
Padraig Eileen and all the staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond on the day and on the run up to our wedding they couldn't do enough for us and we can't thank them all enough, their help made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable for us both. We can not praise them enough.
As a wedding venue we couldn't fault anything the food was out of this world and all our guests commented on the quality of the food after.
The venue really played a big part on the success of our wedding and the amount of guests still talking about it is a testament to that.
For anyone considering having their wedding in the Springfield Hotel I couldn't recommend them enough.

Fantastic from start to finish.

Fantastic hotel to hold your wedding. We went with the wedding package which was amazing value. We cannot fault the hotel or staff at all. On the run up to our day no question went unanswered and no task was too big to make my nerves be at ease and to make our day special Padraig and Eileen are an amazing team. There was one or two hiccups on the day that nobody but me noticed but I think that was simply down to the manager Padraig not been on duty but I still wouldnt fault the hotel for this as staff did try to rectify things. Our guests had an amazing time on the day. What more could we wish for.

The Springfield Hotel is the perfect wedding venue. We got married on the 5th of may and booked the all inclusive package. This was amazing value and worked perfectly for us as we were planning our wedding from Australia. Eileen and her team were a pleasure to deal with, going above and beyond to recommend suppliers, liase with suppliers and generally be an amazing point of contact. No request was too big. We had a lot of people travelling to the wedding and Eileen and her team were able to recommend local hair and make up for those who were travelling. In the run up to the wedding we had an unexpected problem with our payment the hotel was so understanding and patient while we sorted it all out. The bridal suite is stunning, a real piece of luxury and all the other rooms were very impressive. On the day of our wedding everything ran so smoothly, the food was absolutely out of this world and there was so much of it! Everyone was offered seconds. Ger, Ben and their team made sure everything ran like clockwork reassuring us that there were no problems only solutions that day, it was no bother at all to them when unexpected guests arrived for the meal. I cannot praise this hotel enough and I cannot think of any negatives to add we would highly recommend The Springfield Hotel to anyone looking for a wedding venue. I wish we could do it all over again!

Such an amazing venue to have a wedding. Staff are so helpful and nothing is too much for them!! Eileen and padraig are extremely experienced and know exactly what they are doing. Only word to describe our wedding day is perfect!

Johnathan and his family were so helpful. Nothing was a problem and organising a wedding in Ireland from London was put at ease by them.
They issued a list of recommended suppliers from Flowers, make up and music (which was all down to our taste.)
The my even took the delivery of our flowers and wedding items.
This location was perfect, it was private and everything I wanted and more.
If I could do it all again I would definitely still use the same venue and suppliers.

I had my wedding reception at the Springfield a few weeks ago. We both had a perfect day, the staff at the Springfield Hotel are 1st class Specially Eileen. We can't thank the hotel enough for making are day so special, everything went so smooth. The guest all said how amazing the room looked and we all loved the food. Great hotel well taking care of very well run hotel

We had our wedding here on the 27th may. From putting the deposit down to checking out as husband and wife the Springfield was amazing. The welcome we and our guests had was above and beyond what we expected. Everyone was so helpful and accomodating, the room looked beautiful and the food was delicious. Every single person enjoyed the meal immensely. The band we had were brilliant, the cake was amazing and the car was beautiful! The lady in the breakfast room was so lovely, anything was never too much trouble and was always happy to see us all! The bar staff were also amazing, so busy but always helpful with quick and polite service. The bedrooms were all amazing and so clean. All this made our special day so amazing! Thankyou all so so much! Especially to Eileen and Padraig for everything. Xx

We had our wedding in the Springfield hotel just under 2 weeks ago and we are still on a high after it all... From the very beginning with viewing the hotel and booking our special day, the Springfield staff were absolutely amazing right up until the very end. The organising of the whole day really couldn't have been any less stressful, Eileen and Padraig went above and beyond to make our day exactly how we wanted it. The day itself went absolutely amazing, each and every staff member that had a part to play in our day were so friendly, professional and really couldn't do enough for us. We are still catching up with guests who are complimenting the whole event and that is down to Eileen, Padraig and all of the staff at the hotel, so we thank them for that. We would 100% recommend the Springfield Hotel for your special day.

Our wedding day in the Springfield Hotel was perfect! We were so well looked after, the food was delicious and the staff were so friendly. Many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to! Ger and Porack were very efficient and made everything run smoothly. Amazing hotel and amazing staff!

We got married in the Springfield Hotel Leixlip on the 8th of October 2016 and I cant thank the staff enough for making our day so special. From day one at the wedding Fair Padraig, Eileen and the reception staff were so helpful. No matter how many phone calls or emails we had nothing was ever a problem and always offered their advice too which was definitely customer service at its best! Keep up the good work guys! The bridal suite was stunning and the gift of bubbly in the room was great too! On the wedding day myself, husband and guests were absolutely blown away by how beautiful the room decor was and everyone said it looked like a fairytale. We had forgot to bring an entrance song and Padraig stepped in with AC/DC thunderstruck and saved the day which also suited the wedding theme! A lot of effort went in with the attention to detail thanks to the amazing staff. The food was also delicious our guests are still talking about the extra portions of food that the staff came around with ( 2 or 3 times!) We had a 2 day wedding and the platters of food the second night were delicious too. On the day myself and husband were treated like royalty we really couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding and our expectations were exceeded. We got married in The Springfield Hotel in Leixlip, on August 26th. I can only try and write into words how amazing the day was from start to finish. From day one of meeting Eileen & Padraig we knew we were in good hands, every email was answered promptly, every phone call was answered with a friendly hello, there was no request to big or small and leading up to the big day I had nothing but full confidence that everything would go well. On the big day itself the hotel staff were all professional and friendly, we had our ceremony in the hotel itself and Padraig treated myself and my husband like king and queen, our guests raved about the amazing food, the beautiful decor in the room and how helpful staff were. To anyone thinking of booking The Springfield Hotel as your wedding venue you will not be dissapointed.

Just home after spending the weekend celebrating our wedding in the Springfield hotel. To say we had an amazing time is an understatement. The hotel, staff, food and atmosphere was second to none. I want to thank you all on behalf of ourselves and all the family and friends who attended and witnessed first hand how professional and special the team at the Springfield really are. I can't recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking to celebrate their wedding, the packages and service offered by the hotel are excellent. We had our wedding in the Springfield Hotel on November 6th this year. What can we say about it? Well, from the first meeting we had with the manager Padraig to the moment we checked out the next day the service and attention to detail was excellent. You would have to travel far & wide to find somewhere to beat it. The food was amazing & staff are second to none. They looked after us & our guests brilliantly and nothing was too much trouble for them. 10 out of 10 to Padraig for recommending our DJ, Eric Whelan. He played brilliant music & the dance floor was never empty. Thanks to Padraig, Ger & the team for a fantastic day.

The hotel were amazing to deal with and we had an amazing day. The looked after us and all our guests from start to finish. Any change we wanted to make was never a problem. The food was beautiful and the venue looked fantastic. Our package was brilliant and included so much. The staff couldn't do enough for us. We recently had our civil wedding (June) in the Springfield hotel. From day one, Eileen, Patrick and Ger were extremely helpful and friendly. They really went above and beyond to cater to our needs.
The venue was absolutely stunning. Everything about the room, from the tables and chairs to the backdrops and lights, was amazing and certainly made it a day to remember. The food was lovely and the staff were always on hand to make sure it all went smoothly and to offer any help needed. Their recommended florist, car, and cake baker were all top notch and really made the day special. We booked one of the hotel's recommended bands, On the Upside, and their set at our wedding was amazing. The dance floor was never empty and to this day we are still told how fantastic the band were. The bridal sweet was beautiful and was the perfect end to a perfect day.

One month on and our guests are still telling us that it was one of the best weddings they have been to. We cannot recommend the Springfield Hotel in Leixlip enough as a wedding venue!

We had our wedding just over a week ago at the Springfield Hotel on the 6th of June 2015 we were over the moon how the day went the team at the Springfield are nothing short of excellent, Eileen, Ger, Padraig, Audrey on reception were all a huge help to us, the room was fab as was the food our guests had nothing but good to say about the whole day!! Eileen, Ger and Padraig and ALL of the staff down to the night porter and security to housekeepers they were EXCEPTIONAL. They could not do enough for us and there was so much food, I have never seen a hotel offer seconds of everything right down to extra pieces of salmon and beef, it was amazing!!
Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were treated like royalty all day and night!
The package was amazing value and car, florist, band, Dj etc were of an exceptional standard.
I would highly recommend the Springfield hotel for a wedding even our guests from abroad that stayed several nights have said the hotel could not do enough for them!

From the moment we walked into the Springfield Hotel at one of their excellent wedding fairs, we knew this was where we wanted to get married. On that day, we were met by the beautiful Eileen Troy, who went through all the details of their wedding packages and helped us choose what was right for us. From then on, the wedding planning couldn't have gone any smoother. All the staff were always on hand to answer all my many, many questions and Eileen was always available to make sure everything was on track, especially during the last couple of months before the wedding which is when the panic starts to set in!
We had a Civil Ceremony on the 22nd May 2015 and I can honestly say the whole day was flawless from start to finish. Padraig and Ger looked after us on the day and they really couldn't have done enough for us. They were totally professional and also helped us relax and we didn't have to worry about anything. The food was absolutely divine and there was plenty to go round, including second helpings!
All our guests were extremely well looked after, both young and old, and all have commented on how fabulous the day was, and how absolutely fantastic all the staff were. The wedding decor, the food, accommodation and service were all top class.
Thank you to every single member of staff who helped to make our wedding day the best day of our lives. It's your hard work and dedication that made the day so stress free for us. We couldn't recommend the Springfield Hotel highly enough.

It took myself and Nigel quite some time to pick a wedding venue and when we came across Springfort Hall, we knew this was the place for us. We needed a venue that could hold up to 300 guests but didn't want a big fancy hotel (just not style). The grounds are beautiful and the venue quaint with a homely feel and immaculately kept. Paul and Kieran were wonderful to deal with. I had a specific theme in mind (Rustic/vintage) and had alot of requests. All of my requests were dealt with and both Paul and Kieran organised everything to a T. They told me not to worry about a thing and hired everything for me (Chavari chairs, lace tablecliohs, cream jugs with wildflowers). They were both simply amazing!!
Their staff are also wonderful and would go out of their way to help you.
The food on our wedding day was simply mouth watering even the Bacon and Cabbage which I had requested to be added to our menu. I've always said I'd have Bacon & Cabbage on the day of my wedding, once again this was no issue, and boy they did not disappoint, just fabulous!! Springfort Hall is so accommodating and you know from the minute you walk in the door that both Paul and Kieran have had years of experience and are total professionals at their jobs.
Our wedding day was simply amazing and we couldn't have picked a better venue to have celebrated our day.

My husband and I came across the Springfield Hotel by chance when looking for our wedding venue and we are so lucky, we did! We had a civil ceremony on the 30th Jan 2015 in the hotel followed by reception afterwards. The food was absolutely delicious, with seconds offered to anyone who could fit it in. We cannot say enough about how wonderful all the staff have been to us, making our day very personal with guidance all the way to help it run smoothly. Padraig took care of my special candles (!!!) and with Ger, both organised all the little things that we asked for with no problem. Eileen was great in looking after our guests and offered us great deals on the rooms, always helpful and available to answer any queries. The champagne in the Bridal Suite was a lovely touch as was the second night stay that we received to enjoy some time for ourselves. It was the most wonderful experience and we would like to thank you all for giving us beautiful memories of our wedding day. We look forward to seeing you again to celebrate our 1st anniversary next year!

Living in Canada and planning a wedding in Ireland should have been one of the most stressful things I have ever done ? it wasn't. Padraig and all the staff at the Springfield Hotel made everything so easy.
Myself and my husband had 110 guests in the Anna Liffey Room and since we were living abroad decided to go for the Elite Package which included everything from the meal to the cake, flowers, car, band, DJ and so much more. All the vendors they use are approved by the hotel and used regularly so you know you are getting the best service.
The staff were so quick to respond to any queries I had beforehand, and on the day they were all so friendly and tentative to our guests we heard nothing but compliments about them.
The two things everyone remembers from a wedding are the food and the music ? both were exceptional.
One year on now and looking forward to our complimentary anniversary meal.
I would 100% recommend The Springfield Hotel to anyone considering having their wedding reception in the Leixlip area.

We were married in the Springfield last year and have since spent valentines weekend and our first anniversary there. This is a family hotel with the truly personal touch. The staff and management always seem to remember us and received us with a warm welcome. The hotel is comfortable, clean and attractive with very good quality food considering the affordable prices. Overall good value and pleasant hotel, full of character and friendly staff.

Where do I begin.
I had the most magical and wonderful reception there ever. I had booked my wedding 2 years prior to the 1st. I booked on the day of their wedding fair. Even though the venue was packed the staff gave me all the time I required and answered all my questions, even the querky and eyebrow raising ones.
I booked the Elite package with them. It was the best thing I ever did. It took all the pressure and price checking off me. It left me to concentrate on the important things like dresses and suits etc (which by the way I got also at their wedding fair using Anettes Bridal Room in Crumlin, all I can say is AMAZING) and of course saving for the wedding. But with the package I knew exactly what I had to pay and it included the best band ever, "On the Upside", the most professional, brilliant and extremely talented photographer that is "Paul Andrews", absolutely beatutiful, show stopping bouquets from "Fiona" who by the way also decorated my church for me (she is a legend) and last but not least my amazing wedding cake done by "Bernie".
The hotel also agreed to allow me choose an alternative wedding car provider, (Connolly Chauffeurs) as he had the car and limo we both loved.

From start to finish the hotel and staff catered for everything. They brought our best man into the ballroom before we arrived to the hotel and ran through the master of ceremonies with him. They even offered seconds on the mains at dinner. Who does this ???????

Nothing could top or beat the perfect day we had on Saturday. The Springfield Hotel outdone themselves. I cannot praise or recommend them high enough. They gave me and my guests value for money and without doubt one of the most memorable and beautiful days of my life.
