Best wedding day/weekend of my life! Nicole & Sean couldn't of done anymore to make my wedding day better it was absolutely perfect from start to finish! Anything and Everything we wanted we got or was already sorted! And the FOOD.. Beef was 10/10!! Staff were soo friendly and they served us all weekend with a smile 😃 Cant wait to go back already🤍

I was married in the springfield on the 5th of September 2026 ..... Nicole is absolutely amazing she could not do enough for me and my husband she checked in on me all day to make sure I was OK not many people can calm me but she has such a calming nature and made me feel so relaxed. Sean is also such a calming nature he also checked in on us both all day and nothing was too much he was just amazing. The food was delicious my guests kept saying it was the best wedding meal they have ever had and the service from the staff was so professional I would highly recommend getting married at the springfield hotel great prices great service and you want for nothing with this team.

Before I get into how perfect our experience and day was I need to personally thank Nicole I suffer with severe anxiety and Nicole was by my side through the whole lot on the day she kept me calm she acted like a loving family member not just our wedding coordinator that girl puts her whole heart into her job and I’m forever grateful for all she did along with the most amazing team Sean hotel staff reception staff and one big mention for Caroline with the catering staff nicest lady ever. The run up to the wedding the contact communication the time and effort into every detail absolutely flawless myself and Patrick could not recommend the hotel and staff at the Springfield Hotel enough for there high level of love and care put into our special day. thank you all from the bottom of our hearts we will definitely not be strangers for more visits in the future all our love Karen & Patrick 3/9/26 🤵🏾‍♂️👰‍♀️❤️

From the early morning Preparations the staff Linda on reception was a great help and organised early check ins for guests,
Sean was so organised and ran the show with ease and managed to keep all calm and made us both feel very special and so relaxed on the day.
Room was beautifully decorated and Donna the Celebrant gave us a beautiful ceremony with a great mix of humour and wrote us a lovely poem, she has a great way of keeping both bride & groom calm and we both couldn’t recommend her enough.
We chose the Pearl Package and found it amazing value which included the Cake, which was beautiful, band WHO’s Eddie amazing, photographer Paul Jones excellent great attention to detail, Flowers by Ab Fab looked stunning,
Hairdresser,s Salon One did a great jobs on all the girls.
Dinner was beautiful not one complaint from almost 100 guests service was quick, food piping hot, and lovely desserts,
Bar staff were fantastic and service was delivered with a friendly smile.
Overall both Ashley & Myself would recommend the Springfield Hotel very highly to anyone looking for a wedding venue and honestly could not fault the service on one thing.

Staff we great nothing out of place sean manager and Nicole wedding planner were fantastic couldn't do enough for us. The band who's Eddie and dj ken were out of this world. We had secret scenario and the guy we had omg what a performance .carylon sweets did selfie mirror and it was a hit and same whit the tayto packs. We had a vendor doing dance floor mr& Mrs sign and chairs everything was brilliant to all vendors from flowers to cakes and more all I can say it was a great night that everyone had a great time thanks to yous all services were the tops and thank yous all again

I cannot express enough how amazing our full experience was, from our first meeting with Lynn, to carrying on with Nicole and Sean. The staff are the most beautiful people you could meet , I even had guests say “ the staff look so happy to work her”. The whole event which was 3 days long was phenomenal. The care and attention to us and our guests was something we have never experienced from a hotel. The service, food, the venue, the whole event was seamless. One of my guests fainted from the heat and had to go lie down, Sean the manager already knew this had happened and had her meal brought to her in her room. My uttermost appreciation to Nicole, Sean, Caroline,Ray, Annmarie, Lucy and all the other staff , you gave us all the best experience for our special day . As for the cost , the package included everything , huge thanks to Faze 4, ceremony singer and band , David Mcauly photographer, Bernie Kennelly for the delicious wedding cake , and AbFab florists for my flowers . You are all such a fantastic team . We look forward to seeing you all again

From the first time we called to the hotel, we were treated so well. Lynn at the time could not have been nicer and Caroline in the dining area of the bar is a legend! Nicole and Seán really made us feel relaxed on the day and nothing was an issue. What makes this hotel unique is the staff, even the barman that looked after our guests on day 2. I'd recommend the barbeque! Another unique quality for this venue is the 'All Inclusive' package so I didn't have to lift a finger in terms of preparation - all vendors were contacted by the hotel. Joe the photographer was so good and didn't mind taking phone shots for people as well as his own professional shots. Who's Eddie were the band and had everyone on the dancefloor for the night. Donna our celebrant brought fun to the ceremony and flowers by Absolutely Fabulous flowers were gorgeous. A fantastic fun filled day from start to finish!

Everything was perfect from beginning to the end of the night

From the minute I contacted the Springfield it felt like home.As we live abroad, Lynn & Sean were on hand for any questions we had. Everything was taken care of, no suggestion was too much of a challenge and the staff looked after us all so well on the day.You can see they are a family who work hard together not just work colleagues.Our day really was everything we wanted and more.We laughed, we ate, we danced and everything was very us.Our guests adored the food and were so complimentary of the venue and staff.On the day Sean was on hand aswell as Lynn for any minor thing I needed. A huge thanks to everyone from the bar staff, waiters and wedding planners for all their hard work. So many of our guests had been married here and it brought back great memories for them all. It is a beautiful venue and service was fantastic. Lynn was very easy to deal with and friendly. Food was lovely as well.

We got Married in the Springfield hotel last week and I have to say the say the 2 days went absolutely perfect, we couldn't of wished for more the staff are absolutely amazing and made sure everything went smoothly, and that we had everything we needed, the food was amazing and everybody was complimenting it,even all our guest wore saying how great the staff wore,but we knew this already as we had been to 3 or 4 weddings here before and always had great experiences so we knew as soon as we wore booking out wedding we wanted to have it there. Couldn't thank Sean, Lynn and all the amazing staff enough for making our day so special 👏

We recently got married at the Springfield Hotel, Leixlip, and as a bride and groom we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. With very short notice, the hotel’s all-inclusive wedding package made everything possible and allowed our day to come together beautifully.

The entire team were exceptional. A huge thank you to Sean, the General Manager, and Ann Marie, the Event Manager, who were both incredibly professional, supportive, and genuinely cared about making our day special. Every member of staff — from the waiting staff and bar staff to front of house and housekeeping — were warm, attentive, and a credit to the hotel.

The venue itself is beautiful. The setting for the ceremony was perfect, and the food was absolutely outstanding. We received so many compliments from our family and friends about both the quality of the meal and the overall atmosphere on the day.

The house band and DJ, Something Else, were fantastic and kept the energy going all night. We received a huge amount of positive feedback about them from our guests. Gerry Byrne of GetMarried.ie organised our celebrant and went above and beyond for us, helping to make the ceremony personal and memorable. Pete Malone provided the music for the ceremony and reception drinks and created a wonderful atmosphere, while Dave McAuley Photography was an absolute pleasure to work with — friendly, professional, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone at the Springfield Hotel for helping us create such a memorable wedding day. We would highly recommend the Springfield Hotel, Leixlip, to any couple considering it as their wedding venue.

From the moment we booked The Springfield Hotel to the day we walked down the isle we couldn't of asked for a better service. Sean & Lynn are the most relaxed but helpful people you could have around while organizing your big day. Every little detailing was amazing and the hotel itself is fabulous. We cannot recommend the Springfield Hotel highly enough. From our first meeting, Lynn and her team did everything possible to make our day special.

Planning an international wedding could have been a daunting prospect but the Springfield made every step of the way as stress free as possible. Our American guests were made to feel right at home and well looked after. The dining room looked spectacular, the meal was delicious and the dance floor wasn’t empty for a moment.

A truly amazing experience and one that we will never forget. We are so thankful we chose the Springfield Hotel for our wedding.

We had our wedding in the Springfield Hotel in Lexilip on Friday the 27th of June.

From the get go Lynn and the team were amazing to deal with, if I had a worry or concern I only ever had to ring or send an email which the response was always super quick.

The food tasting went amazing and we could not wait for the big day.

We chose the all inclusive package and all I can say is it was worth every penny!.

We had our band and dj included which was Who's Eddie and the minute they started everyone was up on the dance floor.
Our meal from the starters to desert was absoloutly amazing and all our guests only had amazing things to say about it.

The room was set up lovely and was everything we imagined.

I would highly reccomend the Springfield to anyone who is thinking about getting married here they really went above and beyond for us right up to our special day.

We booked under previous management and found it confusing after the take over as to who the wedding co ordinator was as we most dealt with the manager ( wedding co ordination was not available weekends or afternoons except rare Saturdays with limited time for all booked weddings and our final meeting). We found the run up to the wedding smooth and questions were answered quickly. We felt some pressure with our allocated rooms as we got an email about releasing them soon before we even sent invites out. The wedding day went well the manager looked after us and couldn’t do more. Food was amazing. However we did have issues on the day and raised them with the wedding co ordinator. We were told an investigation was being held and some employees were on leave for leaving cert exams. We are married 2 months now and the hotel has now stopped responding (our last email was 2 weeks ago for an update). We hope future couples have a better experience.

Springfield hotel did an amazing job at making our wedding so special. They accommodated any request we had and made our day so relaxing and stress free. Special shout out to all the Springfield staff and in particular Lynn and Sean for their support and flexibility.

I can’t thank you all enough for everything you done for myself and John on Saturday for our special day. The staff we outstanding they were the most helpful and supportive people. The rooms and the cleaning staff were amazing and couldn’t have done more for us making sure we all had what we needed in the room, the food from our breakfast to dinner to evening bits was outstanding not one bad word today say, our wedding room was stunning, and Lynn was an absolute gem to work with nothing more she could have done or got for us to make sure we had the most amazing day. Had the most amazing few days here over the weekend for our wedding, thanks to Lynn and all the staff for making it so easy for us, food accomodation and everything that goes with it I couldn't pick one fault.

We had our wedding reception in the springfield hotel. The staff and wedding coordinator Lynn were so helpful and couldn't have done enough for us.
My bridal party stayed the night before and got ready in the hotel, which the hotel provided a meeting room for the hair and make up prep. Making the morning so more relaxed.

On the day the food was delicious the staff were so helpful and a special thank you to Sean who make everything flow perfectly and put us at ease on the day. And an extra mention to the chef who whipped up a birthday cake for the groom as he thought we forgot the surprise cake (which was in a car outside!). Fair play to him. We got to eat it the next day!
All our guests throughly enjoyed themselves and remarked on how nice the staff and food were.

The prices are very good and I would definitely recommend the springfield as a venue.

We got married here12th October 2024 , from booking it upto the big day from management an all staff who we met organised everything down to the last detail we asked for, nothing was a bother to them, . Rooms are amazing. Would highly recommend having your special day here you would not be disappointed. Thank you to each an everyone who made it so special an memorable. This hotel was so welcoming from the moment we arrived at their wedding fair. The staff are so friendly, from the wedding coordinators, the bar staff, the front of house staff & special mention to general manager Sean, he was so calm and nothing was too much bother. The food on the day of the wedding was unreal, so fresh and flavoursome, even the scones and sandwiches for the drinks reception and the evening food was plentiful and so fresh. We really didn't have any problems at all, everything was taken care of, the hotel looked after any extra decoration we provided and even filled the candy cart for us. We only had to show up on the day and enjoy ourselves. I can't fault the hotel at all, their standards are very high and the staff are exceptional. We would choose the venue again in a heartbeat, Thanks to all involved for making our day perfect.

I had an amazing day, both Lynn and Marek have been incredibly helpful throughout and extremely accommodating even with smaller requests. The ballroom we had our ceremony and reception in was gorgeous, it was super handy for the guests also as everything was held in one place! All the guests had a great time too and were extremely complimentary of the venue and quality of food. We had a small wedding with less than 50 guests but the hotel had a much larger wedding the next day and from the little glimpses I saw they were providing an equally amazing experience! We were constantly checked on by the wedding planners from Springfield throughout the day and they made sure all possible last minute requests and accomodations were provided for as much as possible. Their packages are also reasonably priced for the quality they provide and the rooms themselves are gorgeous if you or your guests are staying there.

Staff and wedding service was excellant from start to finish, could not fault . Very friendly and accomadating.

Marek was absolutley brillant. From day one, he was so professional and yet personal. Took all considerations into account. The hotel staff on the day were fanstatic. All our family and friends very extremely impressed with the service, accommidation and the food.

We booked our wedding day with the Springfield hotel in Leixlip, and we were so glad we did, from day one nothing was too much trouble, we have given them 10/10 as we were so happy with everything.We booked the package which included meal, band, d.j.,flowers,rooms, The meal was so professionally executed like clockwork brilliant staff, The band "Something Else" had the place rocking from their first song,again a 10/10 when the band finished D.j. "Eric Whelan" just kept the place rocking till 2am. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a wedding, giving the lengthy time the hotel hosts wedding. Experience says a lot and makes things so much easier. Great food catering for all needs, nothing is too much trouble. Bands and Dj are amazing.

We had our big day on the 8th of June 2024. From start to finish the Springfield were so easy to work with. We could meet them at any time and they were always available to discuss any concerns we had. There all inclusive package is extremely good value and they allowed us to add in extras that we wanted. I 100% recommend this hotel if you are looking for your wedding.
