It?s with great pleasure that I write this review of the service provided by Beatrice Anichini, who was recently the co-ordinator for our wedding in Tuscany in August 2013. The wedding went ahead without a single hitch and was truly the best day of mine and my new husband?s life. The planning that went into the wedding was meticulous, but was done with such ease that the experience was enjoyable and completely stress free. We?re resident in the UK, we got engaged in October 2012 and we married, legally, in Italy only 10 months later. Beatrice helped us organize a venue, accommodation for all our 80 guests, a priest, all the legal documentation for both the religious and legal requirements for Briton?s marrying in Italy, and everything with regard to the reception; the band, the DJ, the photographer, the food, the d?cor. She was there literally every step of the way and we honestly couldn?t have done it without her help. My advice to anyone considering marrying in Italy, that is not a resident of the country, should not even think about doing it without the help of a local coordinator, and I wholeheartedly recommend Beatrice for the job. She was so professional, available (just a phone call, or email, away), she took such care with our arrangements, was so creative (she designed our order of service, a logo of our initials that we ?branded? everything with, our table plan? I could be here all day!!) ? her creativity, coupled with our combined imaginations made our wedding so personal to us and it has been the talk of all our friends and family since the big day. Apart from all that, the other REALLY important factor when planning a wedding is cost. Beatrice?s fees were so reasonable. We agreed on a sum for all her services and I can?t believe that after all the work, time and effort she put in that that was all she charged. She was literally there for us on a daily basis and the fee included everything she did for us ? simply the best money we spent. She also helped us save money, brokering deals with local suppliers and coming up with ideas and options to suit our budget. We by no means had a great deal of money to spend either, my husband and I financed our wedding entirely on our own and Beatrice certainly helped us stay within our means.
Our wedding was like nothing I?d ever seen before, and I know I may be a little bias as it was my own, but I genuinely feel it was the best wedding I?d ever been to ? and from the reports I?ve had from our guests, I?m not the only one!
If you want a wedding that?s not run of the mill and will be remembered forever by everyone that celebrated with you, then I would not hesitate in contacting Beatrice to help you realize that dream. Thanks again Beatrice ? we wouldn?t have realized our dream without your help.
