Angelo Bridal Dublin

Thank you to the girls at Angelo bridal for helping me to pick my wedding dress yesterday! This was the fifth shop I visited. In each one I found a dress I liked, but did not commit. I surprised myself by picking my dress on the first viewing!

The girls were very enthusiastic and helpful. They picked out dresses in the style I wanted and then offered me lots of suggestions. All of the dresses can be altered or changed if there is anything missing or something you don't like.

I spent a lot time walking around in my dress and thinking before I made a decision. The girls were very patient and did not pressure me at all. They also gave me a bottle of processo to celebrate at home, which was a lovely touch.

I made an appointment online and Joanna and Diana were ready for me when i arrived with a friend. I told them what i had in mind and they also suggested a few other types of dresses. After fitting, i ended up taking a slightly different style and i was too excited to sleep well that evening. I finally found the right dress and it's value for money too. They helped me try on the dresses picked and were patient. Highly professional team that i would recommend for anyone looking for bridal wear and accessories in Dublin.

The shop arranged for the dress to be altered. However the dress was not pinned correctly by Carina before sending to the alterations service provider. As a result the dress came back badly altered. Although in the refitting we mentioned this to Carina she said that it looked fine to her. So I paid for the dress and left. 2 and 1/2 weeks before the big day after a fitting of the dress at home I felt that it was very noticeable that the alteration needed to be redone. I rang the shop and spoke to Carina and explained the situation. I was told that they only had one alterations person and she was going on holidays at the end of the week and was fully booked with work so they couldn't help me. I was really upset by this naturally. But I was much more upset by the insulting and arrogant way that I was spoken to on the phone by Carina. In the mist of this barrage of aggression from Carina I hung up. I found another alterations service called The Alteration Service off South Annes street. They could not have been nicer or more efficient. They fixed the dress so that it fitted to perfection. It made a huge difference to how the dress looked. Personally I would never buy or deal with Angelo Bridals again. They are unprofessional and rude.

Can't thank Angelo Bridal enough.. wedding was 17th Feb. It was the first shop I visited and I found my dress that day . The women are very professional and extremely helpful in every way to make everything go smoothly (which it did).

Absolutely excellent all round, especially Corinne!

Corina was extremely helpful when I went to look for my wedding dress. I had been to about 4-5 other dress shops both in the UK and Ireland and had tried on many dresses and felt I knew what style I wanted. The dresses in Angelos have photographs on the front of them which makes it easier and faster to choose what you want to try on. I did not see that in any other shop. I ended up buying my dress from the sample rail but am adding a bolero from another dress which Corina assured me was no problem. She helped me to visualise how I could alter the dress to how I wanted it. The fitting room is lovely in the shop too, right in the middle of the shop with a couch in front of it for the "wow" factor. There is also a mirror in the dressing room so I could see what I looked like before showing my family, something not all shops have! I also got a good deal on having all of my alterations through the shop. I really liked this shop and Corina! Thank you!!

I can't endorse Angelo Bridal enough. They were wonderfully accommodating and very professional with a great range of dresses. Also very reasonably priced.
