We contacted Sarah to order our save the dates with an idea in mind of what we would want them to look like - not only did Sarah deliver exactly what we requested but she did so in an extremely efficient time frame! Nothing was too big an ask and Sarah was a pleasure to deal with!

Sarah was just incredible to deal with from start to finish - we wanted to organize our invites nice and early as we live abroad, and nothing was too much for Sarah! We were sticklers for how we wanted the wording and design to be, but Sarah was so patient and fast! Could not recommend her enough. Her invites are gorgeous and such fabulous value! We really can't recommend Sarah highly enough!! From the initial email right through to completion the service was truly first class. We had some issues that caused very unhelpful delays (ALL OUR END). Yet Sarah remained patient, professional and always on hand if needed. We went for the cartoon style invites and everyone was very impressed with the quality of the product.

We got in touch with Sarah a couple of weeks before the wedding as we decided we wanted a travel themed table plan. Sarah was so quick in responding and had a design sent to us within days. It was exactly what we were looking for. We also got matching table numbers. They were perfect and tied in with the theme. We approached Sarah with a mad idea of using the map of Ireland and the counties as our seating plan. She was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. She sent over a load of ideas and together we decided on the final image to be used. I only asked Sarah about 2 weeks before the wedding to help us with this and she had it all ready to go! The table numbers were done on road signs with the counties on them and they were such a hit with our guests, many have gone home with the guests to their respective counties! Sarah made a photo backdrop sign for me for my wedding, and she was absolutely brilliant to work with. She was very responsive, made edit upon edit that I asked her to make, and the end product was of great quality. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars across the board is I told her that it was going to be a photo backdrop for people to stand infront of, and the design came a little too far down so that folks can't stand in front of it. She did tell me the stand was 2m, so ultimately it was my fault too, but I thought the design would be far up enough to be okay. Ultimately I'm going to put a chair in front of it for people to sit on so I'll still make it work, but just isn't what I envisioned.
When I mentioned this to Sarah, she did send me back a list of recommendations of how to work around it, her level of service and professionalism is top notch. Would certainly recommend.

I recently contacted Flannelly Media in order to have our wedding invitations designed and printed. I am not the most organised of brides to be and I was in a bit of a panic as I felt the time was getting limited! Sarah put me at ease straight away and I could relax about the whole thing. Got our invites and RSVP cards off of sarah and were delighted with them, The invites look very well and are great value, the turnaround time is great too and sarah always responded quickly to any questions or changes we wanted to make, would highly recommend.

Sarah was excellent in her dealing with our wishes for our invitations, all our communication was done over email which you would think would make things difficult but it made things easier in my eyes with our work schedules. I was never left waiting long for a return email. Our invitations were designed from scratch by Sarah in conjunction with us. At the start there was alot involved in getting our design but any wish or change I had Sarah made it. I also love her finishing touches, our initials in a heart on the back and I love the stickers given for the back of the envelopes with our names and the wedding date.
I would definately highly reccomned Sarah to any other couple. I will also go back to Sarah to get our wedding booklets made.

Sarah is such a lovely lady gets your story first and works around it for your personality to shine thru your invites.

Sarah was brilliant when it came to our wedding invites and mass booklets, She was so efficient with everything from the samples to the actual invites/booklets. She was helpful,friendly and professional. We never actually met in person only spoke on the phone and email and everything was still so easy and done so well and on time.
