David and Elaina will take care of you from your initial consultation right through to your dream day and post-wedding celebrations, keeping in regular personal contact, even if you are planning your wedding or renewal of vows ceremony from overseas.
We pride ourselves on doing things differently and with distinction. Both David and Elaina regularly travel overseas to research emerging wedding themes and trends, visiting wedding fairs and destinations to gather new ideas and inspiration.
We have a strict one wedding a day policy and our bespoke packages contain a generous range of items included as standard that most other hotels consider to be extras. No two weddings are ever the same, and your celebration will be unique to you, tailored to your exact wishes.

The award-winning Revas Spa, which is located within our grounds, specialises in bridal hair, makeup and wedding day preparation. Also offering hen/bridal/couples spa escapes and hen party vendor.

We had our wedding at the Fitzgeralds woodlands house hotel.
I cannot find words to describe this hotel and its staff! They are absolutely amazing! We dealt with David, nothing was a bother to him. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was what we wanted and more! The staff on the day were so professional they were amazing! And lastly.. the food! Unreal is the only word I can use 😂 and plenty of it.
Would highly recommend the dessert trolley also! We’re 2.5wks since our day and people are still raving about it!! This hotel is simply AMAZING!!

We had our wedding in the Woodlands and I simply cannot say enough about this hotel, from the moment we met David Fitzgerald we knew we were in good hands. On the run up to the wedding nothing was an issue, people say wedding planning is stressful but honestly David makes it stress free and enjoyable. The day ran amazingly smooth, the staff in the hotel are so lovely and nice and nothing is a problem. The food is out of this world and their attention to detail is really something to be admired. Our guests are still raving about our venue and the staff at the woodlands. We honestly want to thank each and everyone of you, you were all fantastic and you deserve all the success in the world. If you are thinking of booking a wedding here do not hesitate as this in my eyes and our guests is the best wedding venue in Ireland.

We would like to give a massive thank you to David and Elaina Fitzgerald for their professionalism and kindness throughout our wedding day and the lead up. David was our wedding co-ordinator and made us at ease from the moment we entered the hotel to start the planning process. There was never any problem in whatever I asked. David and Elaina went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. We also had our day 2 in the treehouse and again everything was perfection. We had the most amazing wedding in the Woodlands Hotel. Our wedding consisted of a small ceremony and meal with 26 people and a party followed in the Treehouse with approx 150 people! It was such an amazing day. Every member of the Woodlands team excelled and it was a pleasure to deal with everyone. The food was fabulous. Nobody had a bad word to say. The hotel is absolutely spotless and the facilities are amazing. Thank you so much for making our day special.

I have been to many weddings in the Woodlands before my own and loved everything about the hotel. We had our wedding reception there back in June and everything was perfect. Food was amazing and plenty of it. The staff cant do enough for you. I didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day, everything was taken care of. Loved every second of our day there 🥰

In all honestly they made the whole wedding planning very straight forward for us. We had to postpone a year and was no issue. Every single thing was taken care of without us having to worry. Food and service was out of this world. Rooms were fabulous, every member of staff was just fantastic. Would highly recommend

From start to finish our day was run to perfection. Elaina and the team are nothing short of amazing. The attention to detail was second to none and the venue is absolutely stunning.
The food was amazing not one complaint, our guests could not get over the Fitz and Chips diner and had never seen anything like it!
The staff themselves make the place, from reception to reservations, they are so friendly and accommodating. Every interaction we had was second to none.
We had decided very early on that we wanted to do our photos on the grounds as it is so beautiful we saw no need to go off around the town.
I wish I could do it all again.

Absolutely fabulous venue with fabulous staff and food. Everything about the wedding planning process seemed a breeze when dealing with the woodlands hotel. The day was seamless all thanks to the staff at the hotel. If I was to get married again I would pick the woodlands no doubt.

Planning a wedding from abroad is a daunting task but the team at the Woodlands made it as a seamless as it could have been. From the moment that we spoke with David and Elaina, we were at ease. This is a family of absolute professionals and I couldn't recommend them more. They are super responsive on emails/calls and make you feel like you are their top priority at all times (despite the sheer volume of weddings that they do!). Nothing was too big of an ask in preparations. In terms of the day of, they couldn't have been better. From organisation to the MC?ing to the glasses of champagne that were promptly put in our hands after the ceremony, everything was spectacular. Our guests raved about the food (steak cooked to order and extra portions of other main courses offered to our guests so they could try every main course!) and their famous Baked Alaska from the dessert trolley. From the small touches like ice cream vouchers for the kids to Monica storing my Moms hat and flowers (without us even asking, she offered), the Woodlands think of every detail. Each and every one of their staff, from the cleaning crew who were polishing door handles at 6am in the morning to the reception, bar and wait staff were so pleasant and accommodating and it's abundantly clear that the Fitzgeralds make the Woodlands a great place to work. We practically moved in there for our wedding as we had the ceremony on site as well as our second day in the Treehouse. If you are on the fence about this venue, do it. It is SO much more than a venue - it's an experience and we were looked after from the very start to the end. Thank you David, Elaina and all the staff (with a special mention to Theresa and Monica!)

The woodlands and their staff were integral to us having the most perfect day. We wouldn't change a thing! From the first moment meeting David to see if Woodlands was the wedding venue for us up to the wedding day itself, my partner and I felt looked after. There was not one request too big or too small. The venue is absolutely stunning and can be modified to suit any style. The food is second to none ? reception, dinner and afters were all delicious! And most of all, David, Elena and the team truly put my mind at ease and held our hands throughout the whole day. We didn't have to worry about a thing! David our wedding coordinator was exceptional. He was amazing on the day guided us through everything. Don't hesitate on visiting this venue for your big day. You will not be dissapointed one bit.
The food was amazing. The venue itself is just picture perfect.all the staff were fabulous to deal with. Any questions I had were quickly answered.
We had a civil ceremony on the grounds outside on the day as the weather was on our side. We also had our music outside and it was just beautiful. People are still saying how our wedding was the best one they had been too. I'm glad everyone could see how lovely the day was. Thanks to the whole lot at the Fitzgerald woodlands and especially David for carrying off such a perfect day. The only thing I am sad about is that I couldn't do it all again ????????????

We booked our wedding just under two years ago with David and from the moment we met him we knew we were in safe hands in a beautiful family run hotel. David was brilliant throughout the planning process and was always just a phone call or email away, no question too silly. I arrived down the day before the wedding and was greeted by each staff member warmly and with kindness and professionalism. On the day of the wedding all staff were amazing, I honestly could not rave enough about them. I can hand on heart say that the staff of Fitzgerald Woodlands Hotel and Spa Adare made our dream day a reality for us and for that we will be forever thankful. There are no words to describe our wedding day at Fitzgerald's Woodlands House hotel, it was truly magical and more than we ever imagined or expected. The service we have received from day 1 was absolutely exceptional,Dave made the whole experience of planning super easy and stress free he was always there to help and assist in any way he could, nothing was to much trouble. On the day everything was taken care of by the staff we didn't have to worry about a thing. The food was phenomenal, our guests couldn't praise it enough and there was so much of it too. The hotel is beautiful so clean and the staff are a credit to their owners so professional and so helpful from cleaners to waiters ,the reception staff they all made us and our guests feel so welcome. We got married in woodlands in July 23 and it was completely flawless. What a beautiful hotel, run by an even more beautiful family! I could not recommend this hotel more. They go above and beyond for everyone staying there. The food is also the nicest I've ever had at a wedding , and Timmy Mac's bistro is also outstanding.

From start to finish our wedding reception at the woodlands was excellent,David and the staff went above and beyond for us,the food was fantastic and our guests are still a month later raving about it,We would highly recommend it as a wedding venue.

Highly recommend Fitzgeralds Woodlands Hotel for your wedding venue. We had the most incredible day!! Elena went above & beyond for us. Everyone said it was the best wedding they have been too. The food was incredible!! Teresa was amazing for helping us decide on a menu that catered for everyone. She be noted we have many family members who are coeliac & they said it was the best food they have eaten to date!! The bridal suite was gorgeous. We had our day 2 on sote in the treehouse & I highly recommend this. We set our time for 6pm & allowed everyone to tour the grounds, have some lunch, plenty of areas for kids aswel. After our wedding, we stayed on & visited the spa 2 days in a row, a welcoming relaxing treatment. The girls were amazing. Should also note for those future brides getting married with kids we booked Aoife with the hotel from their kids club she minded our 1 & 3 year old from 10am till 10am the next morning & it was the best money ever spent. She has such a lovely way with the kids & allowed me to completely relax for my wedding.

I never felt stressed because I knew David had everything under control. Any time I had a question David would respond super quickly allowing me to proceed in the planning process.
On the day of the wedding both of our families were attended to for whatever they needed. David helped to keep things running smoothly and was always available if we needed to make any last minute changes.
We truly can't recommend the Woodlands enough! If you are planning on choosing a venue, choose the Woodlands!

The moment we set foot in the hotel I knew it was the venue for us it's fabulous and the staff treat everyone like family. We met Elaina and straight away knew we were in safe hands, she went above and beyond to make our day so special and it was. Elaina couldn't do enough for us and she had the day run smoothly and the venue looked amazing from the entrance to the ceremony, to evening all was perfect, all the guest are still raving about the whole weekend from the rooms comfy beds,to the gorgeous food, to the amenities at the venue it's just flawless and the beautiful grounds and gardens.We had Fitz and chips for the evening which was a big hit with guest and also the tree house for our second day celebration which was praised also by guest. We had our wedding here in July 2023. Food was outstanding, plenty of Gluten Free options. Everyone is still talking about the dinner! Loads of food and drink options for drinks reception. Late night food Fitz and chips was very popular! Staff are so friendly and looked after us so well on the day. Everyone is so easy to deal with and emails were always replied to on the same day in the lead up to the wedding. Nothing was ever a problem, we got everything we wanted and more! Spoilt from start to finish! Rooms were lovely and all our guests said the beds were so comfy! Bridal suite was fab we got lovely photos there. Highly recommend for any wedding!

We were completely satisfied with our experience with the Fitzgeralds Woodlands Hotel. On the first meeting, we were quickly put at ease by one of their Wedding Coordinators, Elaina, who met with us to go through what exactly we wanted for our wedding day. Elaina was very easy-going and responsive to our emails and contact.
David took care of us on the wedding day and he helped to reduce those last minute nerves. We knew we were in very capable hands and we were aware of the plan of day's events.
The day felt truly like "us" and this was due to the hotel's willingness to take on our ideas. Everyone was more than satisfied with the food service, and commended staff on their efficient use of time.
I would like to thank all the staff for their super service over the course of the few days around the wedding. We had a magical time and those memories will last forever.

Sharing what I sent to the hotel after our wedding?..
Not only did you and your team exceed our expectations with the wedding itself, your team exceeded our expectations with the smallest of details of our stay. From the amazing selection at breakfast (I still can't get over how delicious the eggs benedict were), the friendless of each and every single staff member we came in contact with, the helpfulness of the reception staff (e.g., helping us sort out taxis multiple times), the wonderful decorations provided for the day after BBQ at the Treehouse (including our beautiful wedding flowers), I could go on and on with examples, but the moral of the story is we were continuously impressed by everyone at the Woodland's, you guys outdid yourselves. The group we had over with us from the States could not stop talking about how wonderful the service was, we don't find the level of service you guys provided in the States very often.
I specifically wanted to call out the following folks-
Mounika was amazing on the day of the wedding, she was so incredibly helpful and kind. Anything that we needed or asked about she turned the request around so quickly with a smile on her face.
James (one of the bartenders) was so kind and fun, he took care of us the day of the wedding and the day after in the Treehouse.
Alex, she was so helpful and kind making sure I was feeling my "best" in my dress!
Both of the frontdesk ladies (I completely forget their names) but they were great and so so helpful!
I also wanted to make sure I shouted out the staff at the Spa, they were absolutely incredible. The thermal suite was to die for, we couldn't get over how big and clean it was! A fantastic venue . The food the hospitality were amazing . Any request made were all completed to the best standard . Such an excellent location for a wedding . I would highly recommend it . We couldn't have picked a better venue. From the moment we viewed the hotel with David we knew this was the venue for us. The service provided by all staff members was second to none. This is such a well run family business and this really comes across as all members of the Fitzgerald family cintributed to our special day and our day two. We held our day two in the wonderful Treehouse. This is a great facility for anyone organising a second day. The feedback from all of our guests was very positive, they were very impressed with the food in particular. Any guests that stayed really enjoyed their stay and breakfast the morning after and are looking forward to returning to the Woodlands Hotel again. Well done to all the team and thank you for making the day so special for us. We couldn't recommend them enough.

Once we had set our wedding date, the Woodlands was the only venue we wanted to look at for our wedding. We had been to weddings here previously and we were so impressed. David was our wedding coordinator and we could not rate him highly enough he was so helpful from the day we met to discuss the wedding right up to our wedding day. The staff were so lovely and helpful on our day which made such a difference. The food was absolutely beautiful, each time we mentioned to people where we were having our wedding, they always mentioned how good the food was there and how well you are looked after. We had the best day and night at the Woodlands and it lived up to every expectation. The venue is such a large part of your day, it was so great to be so well looked after.

The Woodlands is the most amazing wedding venue in every way. We had such a lovely time on our wedding day and our day 2 in the Treehouse attached to it was brilliant. All of our families and friends commented on the food and service and everyone was so impressed. We had 260 guests so it was a big crowd but the staff were totally on the ball all day and well able to cater to the numbers. The reception food, entire dinner and the food later were all delicious and there was no problem getting second portions and they also made sure to cater for all dietary needs.
We had a cake made of cheese for our wedding cake and they served the cheese with the evening food which was perfect.
The fact that it's family run makes it all the more special because they really add a personal touch to everything and the atmosphere amongst the staff is just lovely. Elaina was our wedding coordinator coming up to the wedding and she was so organised and guided is through all the decisions perfectly. David took over from her for the wedding weekend when she went on holidays and he was lovely and helped make everything run smoothly.
Monika is another lady who stood out as being so, so helpful. She was there watching out for us all the time and making sure we had everything we needed and she was helping make sure my mother who has mobility issues had comfortable seating, etc.
The bridal suite was so gorgeous and all the other rooms were beautiful as well.
The grounds of the hotel are perfect for a wedding too. We had made the decision not to go off gettiing photos between the church and the reception as we wanted all our time to be spent with our guests. But our brilliant photographer Kevin Murphy and videographer Robin Wallace still managed to sneak us off for 10 minutes while our guests were walking in for dinner and they got beautiful footage in the wooded area right beside the hotel.
The dancing part of the evening was unreal too. We had Free Beer wedding band followed by DJ Dan. The music was brilliant and the dance floor was full all night. We loved the layout of the function room with the dance floor surrounded by tables raised up a little. And the function room and entire hotel was decorated beautifully.
One bit of advice would be for if you have a photobooth. We had one but they set up outside the function room and most people didn't know it was there. I'd say if it's not possible to have it inside the room don't spend the money on it. That was just our experience with it.
The day after the wedding we had not booked into the spa as we weren't sure how we'd be doing time wise and when we realised we had a few hours to spare Revas spa allowed us to relax in their amazing thermal suites. It was the perfect chill out to get us ready for another amazing evening for day 2. The Treehouse was perfect as we wanted something casual but still wanted to have food and good music which we had. Elaina and David's brother Conor looked after us for the night and everything went perfectly again. The floor was hopping again all night with the brilliant Jimmy Fyfe and his dad keeping everyone going from the very first song and the food was delish!
As you can probably tell we just really loved everything about our wedding in the Woodlands. Best decision ever having chosen the Fitzgerald's hotel for our weekend. Our only issue was not wanting to leave!

What can we say about the Woodlands other than it is a Top class hotel in every sense of the word.
We recently had our wedding there and the whole day was amazing from start to finish. The hotel decorations were amazing and the the ballroom was decorated so beautifully for our ceremony.
The food was amazing all day from the canapés, to the dinner, to the afters food and even the residents bar food.
Elaina was our wedding coordinator and what a lady she is. So fabulous to deal with and anything we asked for was never any trouble. The staff in general are also fabulous and the service was second the none. Everybody was so lovely and friendly.

We chose the Fitzgerald's Woodlands House Hotel to host our Wedding in October 2022. From the first day we met David to the day itself we couldn't speak highly enough of the place. Their professionalism, attention to details, food, everything, was greater than we could have ever expected. It is a family run hotel, and it shows, in every aspect of their business. Their staff are skilled, professional and clearly happy to work there. At least one of Fitzgerald family themselves are there and they know their business inside out. We had a large wedding and the most common comment we got from guests was "They just do it well". If you are considering having your wedding here, go and book it, you will not be disappointed.

You will not find a better hotel to have your wedding in. To say Elaina and the Fitzgerald family and staff went above and beyond for us would be an understatement. Everything from staff to the food and everything was out of this world. I am the 3rd in my family to get married here and it just gets better every time we return. From the day we walked in to enquire about our wedding to a year later when we left the venue the morning after our wedding, every single interaction and experience of the woodlands and their staff was hugely positive.
Staff:
The staff were outstanding every single time we were there. In the year before our wedding we went out for dinner a few times, we witnessed the managers and staff interacting every time and every time you could see staff were treated so incredibly well. All the staff we encountered were professional, prompt, helpful and so friendly.
Food:
Second to none. At our tasting we had one or 2 minor comments but overall we were so happy. We subsequently saw those comments in the instructions given to all staff the day of our wedding. They were such minor things, preferences we had, and they made sure they were seen to. The food is incredible in the woodlands any time you go but on our wedding day it truly was amazing. Our guests were blown away by the selection of options they had and also that staff, including the owners, served and came around with second offerings of the main course. David Fitzgerald made it clear from the beginning that they were big on food and were ?feeders? and that was a big deal for us. At the reception there was so much food without it seeming too much and they kept some aside as promised for us when we returned from taking pictures.
Decor
We were so impressed with the upgrades they have done in reception and the function room. You would have to pay an event company to do this in any other hotel and with the woodlands this is just their decor. Everyone commented on it and it made a beautiful backdrop to so many pictures.
Family
The place is so family friendly. Lots to do if you have kids and want to keep them busy!
Planning
The planning of our wedding with the woodlands team (primarily David) was seamless and completely stress free. They are very clear and transparent and nothing is hidden from you or there are no surprise costs etc. David was very clear what he needed from us and when he needed it. We basically had a checklist closer to the wedding of things he needed and by what date (table plan etc), really efficient and you always knew where you stood and that everything was in order.
Overall, we had a completely stress free wedding day and the woodlands was the primary reason for that. We didn't have to worry if people got food, if they had a drink, if the room was set up, if people had the right rooms etc. Every single detail and person was taken care of.
They do weddings so well because they do so many and despite this, we left feeling like ours was the only one that mattered.
We are planning to go back for a night around Christmas and will always go back to the woodlands as we have such happy memories there now.

The Woodlands team made our wedding day so magical, and removed all of the stress from it. We wouldn't hesitate for a second in recommending them to anyone getting married.
From David and Elaina Fitzgerald, the spa staff, people on reception to the guy taking drinks orders at the top table who kept my best friend's secret baby news and non alcoholic hush hush orders top secret - the Woodlands team were a dream to work with. All our guests had nothing but positive things to say about the food and whole experience. Every little touch the staff took the time to do was noticed.
I used to do mystery hotel visits to hotels all over Ireland, so I'm honest with the feedback when I say it's not often you come across staff like they have at the Woodlands. Would highly recommend them if you want a magical wedding day!

David and his team were absolutely outstanding from our first meeting to our wedding day, 3 years later. Due to Covid, we had to postpone our wedding and as we were working from China many discussions with David took place over Teams and email. The professionalism, attention to detail and dedication from the Woodlands team were fantastic. The food was the highlight of the wedding for all of our guests, in particular the lamb shank. Where to start!!! The Fitzgeralds Woodlands Hotel and the Fitzgerald family & hotel team made our wedding day absolutely magical. Everything was perfect from start to finish and I couldn't fault a thing! The Fitzgerald family have been doing weddings for years and they have really set a very high standard for their weddings. Everything they did for us was executed to perfection, and I'm sure every other wedding couple will say the same thing! From the welcome drinks, to the decor, to the food, to the service, to the accommodation, we count ourselves blessed that we put our trust in their capable hands. All of our guests (even the ones that are hard to keep happy!!!!!) have not stopped talking about the food and service, even crediting Elaina for showing such leadership and example when she got on her hands and knees to clean up a spill during the dinner! We worked with David throughout our planning stage and he made the journey so smooth and easy for us! 5 star experience!!!

We couldn't recommend The Woodlands enough, we had such an amazing day there for our wedding. What's really special is that all of our guests experienced the same level of care and attention - and also especially the friendly, relaxed, easy-going nature of everyone working there - that we had experienced throughout the whole process of organising our big day. Everything was a a breeze with David and nothing ever felt stressful, he had our whole day run so smoothly it was like a dream :) His and the staffs professionalism and attention to detail is remarkable, they are already on top of the things you wouldn't even think about until the day! The hotel itself also looks incredible - that lobby like! And the FOOD! Everything was perfect and so so enjoyable, we would go back and do the whole thing all over again in a flash :) 5 stars wouldn't be enough for them!

From our very first enquiry we were blown away by the Woodlands. David and the rest of the team are simply fantastic. We stayed for 3 nights for our wedding and the treatment we received was outstanding. We can't put into words how thankful we are to David and all the staff at the Woodlands for giving us the wedding of our dreams on April 2nd. From the moment we first met with David in August 2020, we knew we were in safe hands but they exceeded all our expectations on the day. The Woodlands was the first hotel we met with and when we came out of that meeting we decided that there was no point in looking at any other hotels.
From start to finish on the day, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our needs and the needs of all our guests were met. From the drinks reception, to the ballroom set up, everything was perfect. The food was exceptional. Our guests are still raving about the food and the hotel in general with many saying they will go back for a weekend away. One guest said she wished she could go to a wedding there every Saturday while another, who has organised events in hotels all around the world said, 'I was blown away by the hotel'.
David was a pleasure to work with. He was always at the end of the phone or an email if we needed him and nothing was a problem. He made the preparation in the run up to the wedding so easy and we are so grateful for his help and guidance when making the final decisions on the menu etc. A special mention also for Monica who looked after the top table, she was brilliant and could not do enough for us. She was so helpful also on the Monday when we checked out, getting us our cake and any other bits that were left. We have to commend David (a different David), who was behind the bar on the night of the wedding also. He was so friendly and helpful.
Again, we can't thank the Woodlands enough for the amazing day they provided. We will cherish the memories for years to come and can't wait to go back and visit.

Our wedding day itself was totally perfect. Ourselves and all of our guests were looked after so well - nothing was too much trouble for the David & the staff on the day.
We have had so many comments from our guests about how wonderful the food was and how kind, friendly and helpful all of the staff were.
The hotel has recently been renovated and is absolutely beautiful inside. Our guests also loved the Treehouse outside dining area for drinks & coffees before and after the wedding. I would 100% recommend having your wedding in the Woodlands- you definitely would not regret it.

From day one we have had the most incredible experience with Elaina and her team at the Woodlands. We weren't initially familiar with the hotel due to living over an hour away. We had ups and downs with ever changing covid restrictions leading to a postponed wedding date - Which was made a lot easier by the hotel being so accommodating. No request was too big or small and the attention to detail was impeccable throughout. Communication was consistently open with some emails coming back in the early hours of the morning! We always felt like a priority. We cannot express how much the team at the Woodlands added to our wedding day. From the amazing service, delicious food and fantastic atmosphere. We feel so privileged to have been a Woodlands Wedding couple and it certainly won't be our last there with a few friends already enquiring after our own day!

We had a our wedding reception at the Woodlands in Dec 2021. I couldn't recommend the place more highly. Like many other couples we had to change our original 2020 date. David, our co-ordinator, couldn't have been more flexible and responsive to emails and questions. His calm, relaxed, professional, friendly manner made planning a wedding in a pandemic easy! There was no hard selling and he was respectful of our budget (which was very important to us as we are buying a house). We also had guests flying in from different counties and the hotel handled their bookings seamlessly. All our guests had only great things to say about the hotel, staff, service and food. The wedding day itself ran so smoothly. David was on hand when we arrived and there was loads of lovely little personal touches (I won't spoil any surprises). The venue banquet hall was set up beautifully and was exactly what we had discussed. The food was perfect, but the food is always perfect at the Woodlands whether you are there for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or an event. We were looked after like royalty and the staff were so patient with any requests. As we had a time restriction David had come up with a way to maximize the time we had and liaised directly with the band and DJ which took another job off us which was much appreciated. The following day we had breakfast, lunch and cocktails at the hotel and they were 10/10 too. We would strongly recommend the Woodlands Hotel in Adare to anybody planning a wedding.

We got married in the woodlands on the 3/12/21. Everything was spot on from start to finish! Food and decor were beautiful. The Christmas decorations were also beautiful. There was no delays with food etc and everything ran on time.

Had my wedding with ye in the woodlands the 21st of November from start to finish and omg wat a experience. David was a hero from start till finish couldn't do enough for us. We could not say a bad word against the woodlands house hotel as from start to finish all the staff were absolutely amazing they went above and beyond to make our dreams come true. To this day people are still talking about how amazing the food was and that the woodlands was the most amazing place for a wedding. So homely and we cudnt of asked for anything more. I can't recommend Fitzgerald's Woodlands House Hotel enough. From the very first meeting, they brought the ?Wow factor? to planning our wedding. Everything was clearly laid out so we knew exactly where we stood. Elaina our planner was great for ideas and support. Everything at the Woodlands is planned in advance - right down to the tiniest of details. That was great because on the day, it meant we could relax and enjoy the celebrations. The meal was incredible. We got so much positive feedback from our guests. The steak was a big hit and everyone with dietary requirements was well looked after. The room is beautiful and we danced the night away. You just can't beat a great, local and family- run hotel like the Woodlands. We are so glad we had our wedding there!

We unfortunately booked the woodlands last minute as our original venue cancelled our wedding. It was the luckiest thing that happened us throughout our wedding journey. David and his family made the whole process so seamless and made all our wishes and dreams come through. We only wished we had booked with him first day. He offers such a personal, warm and friendly experience. The food was outstanding- people still talk about it, the atmosphere was so inviting and the decor and staff were above all expectations. Highly recommend- we would love to do it all over again!

We had our wedding here on 02/09/2021. It was our third date, having postponed twice due to covid. David was our wedding co-ordinator and he was brilliant from our first day meeting him to the day itself. Nothing was ever any trouble and he was so friendly and reassuring everytime we spoke/met.
David and his team of staff went above and beyond for our day, it was perfect. The food was delicious and enjoyed by everyone. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.

The Fitzgerald's Woodlands House Hotel is the epitome of a fantastic wedding venue. From day one our experience with the Woodlands and particularly with Elaina was nothing short of fantastic; the quality of service, the friendliness and the professionalism was second to none. Following recent renovations, the Woodlands is literally glowing. The onsite Revas Spa made hair & make-up the morning of the wedding a complete breeze. David and the entire team at the Woodlands Hotel went above and beyond for us. They were so accomodating and had huge attention to detail. All of our guests were very impressed with the whole experience they provided. David was always available to us in the lead up to the wedding and made rescheduling due to Covid restrictions very easy! You will be very well fed, entertained and all expectations surpassed. The Woodlands House Hotel in Adare situated in off the road with lovely fields either side if the avenue is both a hive of activity as the management and staff do everything to please their guests and an oasis of calm and relaxation for those who chose to stay there.
We had the pleasure of having our wedding reception there on the 27th of July 2021, On our first visit to meet David the general manager we knew we didn't need to look any further for our venue for our celebration. He gave us his full attention, listened to all our queries and showed us where we would have our wedding meal. Everything was explained comprehensively and we came away in the knowledge that we had made the right decision. David and Jeremiah had good banter about their opposing counties and I reassured David I'd always be a Limerick Lady even though I would be moving to Tipperary.
We were back in lockdown in January so all communication was by email. David kept his promise and updated us on all the regulations imposed by the government. For a long time we weren't sure if we would have six, twenty five or fifty guests.
in the end we had fifty guests and the day was magical from start to finish. We and our guests were treated like royalty with amazing attention to detail down to Mary Fitzgearld straightening my necklace as I stepped onto the red carpet having also done it for the mother of the bride a few minutes before we arrived!
We were blessed with beautiful weather so the drinks reception was served on the lawn at the front of the hotel- a real garden party! We then went to a beautiful space abundant with flowers for some photographs and finally we went inside for our scrumptious meal. The food and the service was excellent. in spite of all the covid restrictions we had a delightful gathering and a carnival atmosphere prevailed. We finished the night with Fitz and chips though where we put them we'll never know!
All covid safety guidelines were adhered to so we all were able to relax and not stress about anything.
Most of our guests stayed in the hotel and really enjoyed the comfort and luxury. We would also like to acknowledge the help of Monica and all the staff who looked after all our needs in a caring and efficient manner- true professional's nothing was any bother and any request was handle with care and love.
We hope that after reading this you will know that we high recommend the Woodland House Hotel in Adare as an ideal wedding venue and an amazing place to stay for a break.

Always happy to help, always happy to answer anything and solve another problem.
As the day got closer and we were finalising details, restricted numbers remained in place as they had been due to increase, resulting in a panicked late evening chat with David to try change our date.
Facilitating us to move the date back a month, so we could have 50 guests at our wedding, we asked about running a second day at the Woodlands, so that we could celebrate with friends on the 2nd day. Without any fuss, David sorted it.
The day arrived, and we were greeted by David at the hotel. Our guests had a beautiful outdoor drinks reception awaiting them in the garden out back. Myself and my now wife were taken around by the photographer to have pictures taken while David and his staff looked after our guests to the highest of standards.
No fuss, no complaints, everything taken care of. We were announced in to the dining room and greeted by Monika who looked after us throughout our meal.
The food, was divine, portion sizes perfect, you were not leaving there hungry. Seconds were offered and served, drinks were poured and topped up with no fuss. Any requests or orders w

We first booked our wedding with David and the team at the Woodlands in 2019, pre Covid. We were blown away by the set up and the enthusiasm David had for making sure everything was going to work out perfectly for us.
David showed us around, showed us the packages we could avail of, showed us some samples from other weddings and even examples of how flexible they were if you wanted to chop and change to whatever you needed.
Covid hit, we were restricted with numbers, Covid looked like it was going, it came back again in another wave. Throughout it all, any questions we asked, David had answers. Even often answering questions before we even asked. He took time out from his own personal life to make phone calls and answer emails, and even though we felt like we were bothering him, he never gave us that impression. Always happy to help, always happy to answer anything and solve another problem.
As the day got closer and we were finalising details, restricted numbers remained in place as they had been due to increase, resulting in a panicked late evening chat with David to try change our date.
Facilitating us to move the date back a month, so we could have 50 guests at our wedding, we asked about running a second day at the Woodlands, so that we could celebrate with friends on the 2nd day. Without any fuss, David sorted it.
The day arrived, and we were greeted by David at the hotel. Our guests had a beautiful outdoor drinks reception awaiting them in the garden out back. Myself and my now wife were taken around by the photographer to have pictures taken while David and his staff looked after our guests to the highest of standards.
No fuss, no complaints, everything taken care of. We were announced in to the dining room and greeted by Monika who looked after us throughout our meal.
The food, was divine, portion sizes perfect, you were not leaving there hungry. Seconds were offered and served, drinks were poured and topped up with no fuss. Any requests or orders were catered to almost immediately, I'm not sure we heard the word 'no' from a single staff member throughout the day.
The staff at the bar could not have been more accommodating, and even with the restricted bar hours and no live music, the wedding was amazing. We played our Spotify playlist, and were shown how to control it if we wanted to switch between songs. The room was lovely and air conditioned, with it being a heat wave at the time then people were delighted with the respite from the scorching heat outside.
All of our guests could not believe the day ran as it did, and it was all down to David, Monika and his staff at the Fitzgeralds Woodlands Hotel.
The second day arrived, with another sit down meal for guests, ran pretty much the same as the first day. Food, music, drinks, Fitz n'chips, we honestly could not recommend the whole experience highly enough.
If you're thinking of having a wedding in Limerick, go speak with the Woodlands and see what they will do for you. You will miss out on the experience of a lifetime if you go elsewhere.

Nothing was too much trouble for David and his team at the Woodlands, for our small family wedding. The food and venue was fabulous. We extended out stay a few nights and there was loads for the kids to keep entertained

We had our small family wedding with the Woodlands mid covid and all I can say that they were fantastic. They put us as ease and gave us all the support we required to hold our family wedding with them. The food is unbeatable and the service we got was first class. We had our wedding just this past weekend. We had it in the Woodlands House Hotel Adare, where we had the best experience even though our wedding was small due to covid. The Woodlands made our day so special from the hospitality we received when we arrived to service we received throughout the day and food was out of this world. But most importantly they really accommodated us if they didn't have something we requested they made to get it for us which we didn't except. They went over and beyond on their service. I couldn't recommend them enough and can't wait to have our post covid party there .

We couldn't sing enough praises for the Woodlands House Hotel in Adare after our wedding on November 28th. David and all the team took such great care of us from start to finish. A special thanks to Jackie and her husband who took such great care of us throughout the reception, we were so looked after so well. Food was amazing, especially the dessert trolley! If you are thinking of the family run Woodlands Hotel, Adare for your wedding, do yourself a favour and book it.From beginning to end, the standard of attention from David and the staff was exceptional. We had a few changes due to Covid 19 and nothing was an issue, everything was accommodated with ease. We have been getting non stop feedback from our guests on the standard of the food served, it was just fabulous. As for the hotel rooms, they were absolutely gorgeous. I cannot recommend David & the team highly enough.

We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Woodlands hotel. We are absolutly delighted that we choose the Woodlands as our hosts, everything about the day was done with ablosute professionalism and we felt as a couple so special. The staff are just so friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the preperation put in place was second to none. David and staff could not do enough for us on the months up to the big day, in putting us at easy with the preperations, answering emails and down to the small personal touches to make the day feel extra special.
Our son wants to return and spend more nights there he enjoyed it so much.

From the minute we met David we knew we had to go with him as finding a venue is very stressful. David is the most understanding and considerate person. He is is always bubbly He puts you at ease. Everything was perfect from the ceremony to the reception to good to the service. The staff is out of this world. There is no words to describe the service we received. My 8 year old son even said the people here are so good so to me if an 8 year old compliments it says a lot. We got married at Woodlands on 29th Feb and our guests left very full, and very happy, and surprisingly well rested despite the fact it was a very late night, thanks to the amazing beds in the hotel! The meal & service was outstanding. Everything you need is there and it is absolutely wonderful for families. I can't thank them enough, we truly had the day of our dreams. A lot of our guests told us it was 'the best wedding they'd ever been to' and we have to give all the credit to Woodland's for that as they did all the heavy lifting for the day. P.S. you HAVE to visit if only to try the Baked Alaska! The hotel are also constantly investing in their staff and their facilities and that is so evident and so wonderful to see.

We held our wedding at Fitzgerald's Woodlands House Hotel on Saturday 8th February 2020. Elaina and all the Team at the Woodlands helped make our wedding weekend something that we thought only dreams were made of. We were treated like royalty from arrival a few days before our wedding day, until departure. Planning a wedding can be hard and at times was rather daunting, especially as we live in the UK, however Elaina was always at the end of the phone or email and set aside all the time we needed when we visited to give us support, advice and guidance.
We didn't know of any local providers like videographer, wedding cars or which photobooth company to go for so Elaina assisted us by giving us recommendations for us to go away and make our own decisions. This guidance and support was invaluable.
We decided to use the Woodland's florist Geraldine for the bridal bouquets, buttonholes and church flowers. Geraldine helped make my perfect bridal bouquet become a reality. They were stunning. We wanted thistles in the bouquets and buttonholes and Geraldine went one step further and incorporated thistles in the rest of the hotels flowers, in the foyer and ballroom. It was beautiful, felt very thoughtful and special.
The team at Revas Spa need a special mention; especially Sandra and Roisin who made me feel and look like a princess on my wedding day. All the team helped make the bridal party look incredible! Nothing was too much, and the Team were so accommodating when I planned all my trials, to using the spa before and after our wedding. Two days after the wedding to unwind I used the spa with my mother-in-law and one of the team recalled I had just got married and bought us both through a glass of bubbles. It was these small touches that happened so often throughout our stay that made us feel so welcomed and so special.
We had so many travelling from the UK, a few from abroad and then others from across Ireland, so we opted to host a Pre-Wedding dinner for over 120 guests on the Friday, the night before our big day. Elaina kindly arranged a musician for the bar for guests to enjoy after our hog roast supper. It was the perfect start to an unforgettable weekend. Still to this day we have guests telling us it was the best wedding they have been to and one even told us it was better than their own wedding!!
The team's attention to detail & kindness did not go unnoticed by ourselves or our guests. Everyone couldn't do enough for us. People are still talking about the quality and quantity of the food; especially the Baked Alaska, it was amazing. We can't wait to visit again, sadly we haven't been able to return in light of the current situation, however we know The Woodlands is the first place we both want to return to as soon as we are allowed.

We were lucky enough to be married in this amazing hotel December 2019 . It's tough to properly put into words just how fantastic the Fitzgerald family are. Elaina was our co-ordinator for our big day and we truly hit the jackpot with her. No ask was too big or too small for her. She has a lovely natural charm that puts you at ease and is so efficient and just spectacular at her job. The venue itself was gorgeous. The ballroom and ceremony room were decorated beautifully. The food was 2nd to none. All our guests are still raving about it. The family themselves being around on the day and checking on everybody is such a special touch. It's quite simple - if you are looking for a wedding venue save yourself some time and go with the Woodlands. David and all the staff go above and beyond. The only thing we had to worry about was enjoying our day!
The overhaul in the ballroom looked seriously impressive when we booked but couple that with the Christmas decorations and everyone was blown away by it. The food was second to none and no one went hungry that's for sure. Stephen and Monica deserve a shout out as they could not have been more accommodating.

We were so happy to have had our wedding at the Woodlands hotel. David and all the staff were so helpful. There were so many nice personal touches that made it all feel very special from our arrival to our departure. The setting is lovely. We used the kids club and the childminding services after the meal for the little ones and this worked out great.
The staff are brilliant. The food is amazing. Fabulous bridal suite. Breakfast the following day was in a really cosy setting surrounded by our family and friends. Great chance to have a catch-up.

Amazing from start to finish - we had our wedding at the woodlands on the 5.10.19. The food , service , staff and management were amazing. They made our day so special and our guests are still talking about how amazing the venue was.

From the minute we walked into the Woodlands while venue hunting, we knew this was the right place for our wedding! Any time we went there we were greeted with the friendliest welcome. We dealt primarily with David but all of the family and staff were so lovely to us. They really know their stuff as there wasnt any questions we had before the day that they hadnt already thought of. The meal tasting alone was worth booking a wedding there for!! We only wish we had had room to fit more in that night! On the day of the wedding itself we were met at the car by David and Mary Fitzgerald...it was like meeting family because they seemed so excited for us and they made us feel like we were the only couple they had ever met! We are still getting calls from people to say that they have attended many wedding in their lives but have never been served such an amazing meal at a wedding as they were that day. The Fitzgeralds really went above and beyond for us and all our guest raved about them. No request from anyone was too big.We did our second night in the woodlands also and the food and service at this was also amazing even though they had another wedding in. There was no case of feeling like they got our business and were done with us. Even on the sunday, after all our guests had left, Mary Fitzgerald invited us to come have lunch before we left. There are really too many things to choose from to explain why this really is a top class wedding venue. If you get married her, or even just pop over for lunch, the personal touch is so evident in all parts of the hotel. All we know is that we have received nothing but rave reviews from all of our guests about the hotel and the Fitzgerald family. There were even guests trying to think up reasons to return so that they could just eat there again! I hope everyone we know books their weddings there in future just so we get to experience another top class Woodlands wedding again!!

We had our wedding in the woodlands in September 2019 and we truly had the best day. We booked our wedding over 1.5 years before the wedding and from the start to the very day itself, the staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are so comfortable and clean. The food is amazing and our guests did not stop raving about it. The staff are super friendly and helpful and we loved the homely vibe. The owners themselves served the dinner to the guests at our wedding which was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend the woodlands to any couples getting married as I truly believe it is the best wedding venue in Limerick. 5 stars *****

The Fitzgerald's Woodlands House Hotel has always been a favourite location for me and my family for family meals and occasions.
My husband and I didnt consider another venue when we were choosing our wedding reception venue. As always the Fitzgerald family and the Woodlands team delivered.
The food was amazing, the service was fantastic, the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly and the accommodation was fabulous.
The function room was recently renovated and it looks absolutely amazing! The garden out the back is beautiful and we got fabulous photos. We cannot recommend the Woodlands House Hotel enough. From the minute we contacted David to the day of the wedding and after, he and his team have been a pleasure to deal with! My two sisters also had their wedding receptions in The Woodlands.. I think that says enough!! 5/5 across the board!

We would like to thank the staff for our beautiful reception which took place on the 27th July 2019. Elaina, our wedding co-ordinator was exceptional and very experienced. Her positive energy and 'can-do' attitude persuaded us that she will do impossible to make our day special and unforgettable. She was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. We couldn't ask for a better coordinator. Everything went really well, the decoration, the layout, the welcome, the service, the expertise. The outdoor reception was stunning and we were blessed with sunshine. Dinner was fantastic, we had big portions of food and all the food was delicious, we have guests still raving about the meal and the late night ?Fitz n Chips?. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional and the hotel itself including the rooms were very clean, many of our guests also used the leisure facilities. On the day David and Mary Fitzgerald were amazing at our reception. We liked outside of Adare village for location and the amount of hotel parking places available for guests. If we could do it again - we would definitely choose the Fitzgeralds Woodlands House Hotel.

We got married on 26/07/19 & we had our wedding reception at the AMAZING Fitzgerald's Woodlands House Hotel & Spa in Adare Co. Limerick & I cannot recommend it highly enough.
It is a truly fabulous Hotel from start to finish. We dealt with David & from the very start of our planning nothing was a problem for him. We never once heard "No we can't do that". He was so professional & accommodating throughout the whole planning it blew me away. On the day of our wedding , as it is a family hotel, the whole family were around the function room & drinks reception making sure everything went to plan & the service at the meal was exceptional as we had a big number sitting down but again nothing was a problem. Mary, David, Elaina, Richard & Conor were all wonderful & I cannot thank them enough. The Woodlands is well known for its high standard of food & it really surpassed our expectations. One example of this is that we had fillet steak as one of the options for the main course, the staff asked every single guest who ordered the steak how they would like it cooked & for a huge number of guests you might think this is unrealistic that they would all get each steak cooked to the liking of each guest but they did & everyone was so impressed as it was all so delicious, not only that but they went around to each guest with seconds of everything. We also had an entertainer before,throughout & after the meal & again this was not a problem, you couldn't meet a more accommodating bunch. The function room is newly refurbished & really is the most beautiful setting from the stunning chandeliers to the mood lighting & beautiful tables. The Bridal suite was just out of this world, there was a mannequin in the bridal suite for my dress at the end of the night & loads of refreshments on the table which included chocolate dipped strawberries, Yum!!. I could go on for days about how amazing this hotel is especially with Reva's spa there also, what more could you want. I would 100% recommend it for all these reasons & more. We had the most wonderful day here & can't thank David & all the staff enough. You will not regret booking this hotel , trust me.

Colm and I got married on the 28th of June this year. I had a general idea of what we wanted, with an outdoor arrival reception and a relaxed casual vibe. My husband loves music so we wanted to incorporate this a well. I gave a very loose guideline as to what I was going for and the hotel took my ideas and literally went to far beyond our expectations, it was out of this world. They took our loose idea of a festival theme and turned it into the most amazing garden party arrival reception with a rock band featured on the hill in the garden and the most amazing selection of food and treats to great our guests you could imagine. If you can imagine something or see it on pinterest, the team at the Woodlands will make it a reality and then some! Half of the guests traveled from Athlone and so many people came up to us the following day saying that they had been blown away by the venue, the service and the food that so many people told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. It was absolutely outstanding. Every single element was just above and beyond. The new room is amazing and the private garden attached was a fab place for people to relax after dinner. We went with the Rib Eye of beef as part of our meal as well as the Bacon and Cabbage which went down a storm as it was something a bit different. We went with the Fitz ans Chips chipper for our evening food during the dancing and that blew everyone away completely! They also catered for our rehearsal bbq the day before and our after party the day after to complete the whole experience. Service at every occasion along the way was incredible. We felt like celebs all weekend, as did all of our guests and families which made us really relax as we knew everyone was having a ball. If only we could do it all again!

So professional, and very approachable nothing was a bother to them. On the day it was beyond top class the service, the venue, the food was everything we dreamed of and more. All our guests complimented on how the service on the day was. Looking back on our day/night spent in the Woodlands i would not change a single thing it was the makings of our special day.

I would highly recommend the Woodlands as a wedding venue. We had our reception there on the 3rd August 2018 and we could not fault it in any way. It cannot be beaten for the quality of food and service. Our guests all commented on the beautiful food but also the generous portions and seconds offered on the day. The Woodlands, being a family run business, guarantees that you will get the best service at all times. Elaina was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too big or small to ask for. We had our drinks reception outside and she was so accommodating and enthusiastic about it. She made us feel like we were the only wedding she was coordinating which is a credit to her, as they such a popular wedding venue with our wedding being one of five in a row that bank holiday weekend. We have been back there since and always get such a warm welcome form Elaina, Conor and David. They simply cannot be beaten for value and service. Trust me you will not regret it if you book it as your wedding venue.

We can't speak more highly of David, Elaina and the team at the Woodlands. They made us feel relaxed from day 1. There was no request too big or too small that wouldn't cater for, they were at the end of the phone for any questions we had day or night. The day itself was amazing and 1 we?ll never forget thanks to the team at the woodlands. Without question we would highly recommend The Woodlands to anyone getting married. We had our wedding at the Woodlands Adare in April this year. David and the team couldn't have done more for us. They were very flexible and more than happy to accommodate any requests or changes. We had a big wedding and each and every guest had only positive things to say about the food and the hotel. They took care of every little detail so we had no stress at all on the day and everything was perfect. We couldn't recommend them enough.

I cannot praise the staff & hotel enough. I think because it is family run you get the extra special attention to detail. The food is superb & all of our guests were blown away by the quality & amount of food. The staff were outstanding on the day. I would love to go back there & do the whole day again!!! Highly recommend the Fitzgerald's Woodlands House hotel.

Excellent family run hotel. We were delighted with our choice of venue. They were very flexible with the menu options. Great location, food, atmosphere and David looked after us well. Bridal suite is amazing!

The Woodlands was the dream wedding venue. David Fitzgerald was our wedding coordinator. He was amazing, he couldn't do enough for us. He was so easy to deal with. Anything we wanted he did for us, even having someone dress up as a Santa for us. The wedding reception was everything I imagined and more I had a Christmas wonderland theme in my head and that is what I got. The food was unreal. Guests couldn't get over that they come around and offer you more main course and if you wanted to try another main you could. Even more desserts were offered from the trolley. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The fitz and chips chipper is still being talked about. You can't beat a family hotel. Mary, Richie, Elaine and David were all looking after us and our guests. They are unbelievable!!! Love the woodlands!!!

The Woodlands Hotel cater for all type of weddings. We had a wonderful intimate setting in the beautifully and decorated main ballroom followed by a lovely afters! Our wedding suite was like a palace! The Fitzgerald's offer such a homely and professional service and both they and their staff waited us on us hand and foot on the day. Elaina Fitzgerald is a genius at organising the preparations to make it an extra special day for any wedding couple. We found her extremely helpful and so easy to deal with. Many thanks to the Fitzgerald family and staff for helping us make our wedding day so special and memorable.

Vienna Woods Hotel looks like a mini downtown abbey I love the character of the building Michael and his team took fantastic care of us on the day of my wedding. The staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful, the food is simply amazing and both the bridal suite and ballroom are out of this world! We will definitely be planning many more family gatherings in Vienna Woods!!!!

My sister's reception was at the Woodlands a few years ago and I recently made an appointment with David for my own wedding. We left the appointment with so much comfort and knowledge about how our day would go. Nothing was a problem and the plans for the new ballroom look absolutely amazing! The 'Fitz n Chips' afters food option is so unique! I would highly recommend that anyone looking at venues makes an appointment.

The woodlands did an absolutely amazing job at making our day one to remember. From our initial meeting with Elaina and the team we knew that this was where we wanted to have our reception. I can see why this family business has been around for years as this family definitely know how to ensure that your day goes exactly how you want it and they go above and beyond to make sure that the quality of the service is exceptional. I have often been to functions here so I have always wanted to have my wedding reception here so for me to be able to do this was the icing on the cake to the best day ever! All of my guests have been saying how great the hotel looks, how amazing the food was and how great the staff were at making sure their every need was taken care of. Thanks again to Elaina and the Fitzgerald family and staff for everything that you have done to make our day one to remember.

The FitzGerald family's experience in the wedding industry was so apparent in their professionalism on the lead up and during our wedding day. From the moment we met Elaina we knew we made the right decision. Nothing was a problem, she was professional but so easy to deal with. It was without a doubt the best two days of our lives. From starting to make plans to the day after our wedding all the staff could not have done more to help us. The Fitzgerald family made us feel like a king and queen on the day. Even the smallest things that I had not thought of were sorted. The food is exquisite and guaranteed quality every time. All our guests were accommodated and no request was too small. The staff even remembered to include my son in all parts of the day. All our parents were made feel so special as well. If I had to do our wedding again the Woodlands would still be the only venue to be thought about.
Our photos on the grounds of the hotel are breathtaking.
We both have amazing memories of our day. I can't rate the Woodlands highly enough and all our future family events will be there.
