We had our wedding here in August, it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The service was brilliant and everybody enjoyed the day so much! We also had our day 2 here, the vibe in this place is just fantastic, if your looking for a castle the has not been modernised but kept original, this is the place to be! Cannot recommend enough ?

I had an incredible experience getting married at Kinnitty. The place itself is more than worth it, the castle is absolutely stunning inside and out. The service was excellent on the day, food was delicious and everything was served at the very same time, all my guests got to enjoy their food without delay. All dinner courses were amazing. The staff was very professional. In the months coming to the wedding my wedding was very helpful and patient, sometimes I would not get her straight away but she always returned my calls. Everything was brillant, rooms were nice and clean, the bridal room is absolutely beautiful and was available to the bride all day. Breakfast the next day also did not disappoint.

We had the most fantastic wedding in Kinnitty Castle, the setting & food was excellent. The atmosphere in the banquet hall and dungeon bar was brilliant.

Kinnity Castle went above and beyond for us for our wedding day. I could not fault it if I tried. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Mairead looked after us from start to finish and she was a gem, such a lovely woman who really went above and beyond to help us with everything.

We had the most amazing wedding day at Kinnitty Castle Hotel. We had a small wedding of 70 people, which made this the perfect venue. We had the castle all to ourselves since all the rooms were occupied by our guests. The venue was so beautiful, it was like being in a fairytale. The staff was so helpful and thought of everything, so we could just relax and enjoy our day. We cannot recommend Kinnitty Castle enough!

Kinnitty Castle was the perfect venue for our small wedding. It felt like we had the place to ourselves for the day and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was perfect - sol delicious and piping hot, the rooms were beautiful - we were able to use different parts of the hotel during the day and it was just all perfect. For future couples looking for a venue, I honestly cannot fault Kinnitty castle in any department. One thing we were overwhelmed with was the customer service from each and every staff member, they went out of there way to make our wedding day special.
The wedding coordinator Enda and also Aidan couldn't have done enough. They were calm and you could tell they have done this 100's of times. The manager Conor was super, helped us in every way, the Great hall where we had our cerenomy and meal was out of this world. It's better than the photos. The rooms were fantastic, not like any other hotel we've ever stayed in. They make you feel like royalty. If you want your wedding in a different setting than just a hotel, kinnitty has that special feel and style. 'Fairytale' wedding is what you will get, trust us. Thanks so much kinnitty we cant wait to return.

Kinnitty Caatke Hotel was the dream venue for us. It's ?old world charm? makes the place very special. The staff are incredibly helpful and professional throughout. Any issues were dealt with swiftly and we were very happy with the service. On the day, the castle and the banquet hall looked amazing. They could not do enough for us. The food was delicious and we got loads of compliments from our guests about our choice of venue. We loved having our reception at Kinnitty and would highly recommend it to any couple.

Kinnitty Castle was an exceptional venue for our wedding weekend. It was grand yet homely and humble. All of the staff were very accommodating to the wedding guests needs. The food, entertainment and grounds were superb. It will always hold a special place on our hearts.

Everything from start to finish about my experience was beyond excellent. From the moment I inquired about their wedding packages to the day of the wedding...the staff was super responsive! Planning everything through emails I was a bit fearful of things going sideways, however Aidan is a rockstar and had everything looking beyond flawless and moving like clock work. My guest were extremely impressed and had the best time!

You can only plan the best you can and hope your vision for your dream wedding comes to fruition. This was even more difficult planning from the states and having never been to the castle until the day before our wedding. We are beyond lucky enough to say that our wedding turned our more perfect than we ever could have planned and it truly was our dream wedding. This is all due to the incredible venue and staff. Aiden's assistance in planning, the bartenders, and servers were all on top of their game with customer service. Every course of the dinner was also so very delicious! Having activities at the hotel was key as well. Clay pigeon shooting on the morning of the wedding was a great way to settle the nerves and get everyone loosened up for the big day. The rooms! The rooms were ginormous and made the stay even more comfortable and accommodating. Last, our wedding pictures are beyond amazing with the castle, the castle grounds and wonderful interior of the castle as a backdrop.

The Venue

Kinnitty is truly a unique venue - the old world charm and palpable atmosphere is hard to recreate. This is a genuine, gothic castle, not a castle or old house that has been modernised, the floors creak, the rooms are all unique and the great hall is like being in a Harry Potter movie. Our favourite thing about Kinnitty was that we had exclusive use of castle for the entire weekend - there were no guests staying aside from our wedding guests and we had full run of the castle which is something that comes with booking the venue (at no extra charge). Although it is a hotel, it doesn't feel like it. The new owners have carried out some much needed renovations which have really lifted the place - the walls are newly painted, changes have been made to the layout, new furniture has been added, the floor in the great hall has been varnished, the bedrooms have been modernised. Our guests had no complaints about the rooms and we saw several rooms which were all unique and stunning. The courtyard was absolutely fabulous, it was so nice to have a sun trap where people could have drinks before the meal and we took our family photos out here among our guests. The Dungeon bar for the late bar was great craic and there was a queue at the bar when we were heading to bed (at 4am!!!). We had our day two in this bar and the music that Kinnitty organised was second to none! We had the best night of our lives.

The Staff

The staff are so friendly, flexible and easy going in every way. They were very accommodating and allowed us to bring in whatever we wanted (aside from alcohol) and placed all our wedding signage around the wedding meaning that our wedding morning was hassle free. Simon met with us on several occasions including the night before to do a run through and his laid back attitude was really calming on the wedding weekend. He also organised for our colour scheme to be incorporated into the flowers around the hotel. Nigel is a complete professional and couldn't have done enough for us. Aidan kept the emails flowing in the lead up and the drink flowing at the bar! Mary did a fabulous job of the hall - the fresh ivy along the walls was really stunning. The wait staff were so professional (thanks Una for keeping me in the red wine!). The chefs are creative and do an excellent job. Even the cleaning staff in the morning were so friendly and accommodating.

The Food

The food was another one of our favourite things about Kinnitty - it was excellent, second to none - from the canapes at the reception, to the unreal menu choices to the fresh, homemade bbq on day 2, our guests are still talking about the unique and stunning meal. The wine choices were fantastic, we were really impressed by the wine that was included in the package and our guests have commented on it since.

Location

Located a 5 minute drive from a Catholic church, a Church of Ireland and having the facility to have civil ceremonies on site makes the logistics of having a wedding at Kinnitty another one of our favourite things about the venue. The drive to the church was so short for our guests. There are lovely woodland walks around the hotel for guests staying for day two. There are also so many photo opportunities on the grounds of the castle which meant that we got our photos done really quickly and they are stunning.

All in all, the feedback from our guests, particularly from our families, has blown us away. We couldn't have asked for a better venue for us, we loved the unique-ness of it and would do it all over again. Thank you so much Kinnitty for making this the best day of our lives.

We would like to thank Simon and all the staff in Kinnitty for giving us the best day of our lives! We fell in love with Kinnitty Castle on our first visit and knew that it was the wedding venue for us. The castle is very unique with lots of old world charm and surrounded by an enchanting wood.
From our first meeting with the wedding team we were certain we were in safe hands. All queries were dealt with promptly by Simon. No request was too big of an ask.Simon and the kitchen staff went to great lengths to ensure that all dietary requirements and allergies were looked after on the day for our guests. The accommodation team ensured that any guests with mobility issues were given rooms which more accessibility. We really appreciate the attention to detail from the staff and ensuring that our many tables decorations etc were put in place on the day. The Great Hall looked spectacular on the day - we loved the floral arrangements on the tables.
The staff went above and beyond on our wedding day to ensure we had a great day. All the little touches didn't go unnoticed. We've received so many compliments about our wedding meal from our guests.
Our families stayed for 2 nights and we all enjoyed a session in the Dungeon bar the following night. Our sincere thanks to Simon and all the staff at Kinnitty for giving us such a wonderful experience.

The overall experience with Kinnitty was good. The place is beautiful and I would chose it again. Simon the Operations Manager was pleasant to deal with. Our guest had a lovely time and loved the venue, the rooms, the experience and the food even though we were quite worried at first as we had to do 2 menu testings. In the negative side, the wedding coordinator could have been more proactive, it was us mainly the ones making the contact and we never got answers to all our questions in our email communications. In general communication between employees in the hotel is very poor. There were several occasions where we had to reiterate our contract conditions or to ask certain things to be sent or done for us several times to several people.

One of the best days off my life and it would not off been possible only for the staff the attention to detail, very helpful , the surroundings where beautiful the rooms where gorgeous it was really like a fairytale wedding in that beautiful castle

Absolutely amazing venue. It's like a privately hired castle for your wedding. Attention from the staff cannot be praised enough. Food was the only thing that out did the venue. Our guests talked about the food for weeks afterwards and have returned to Kinnitty Castle just to experience it again. This venue offers so much more than your run of the mill 5star hotel that are all copies of each other. This is truly old world charm to perfection. Our guests were so taken back by the staff and how friendly and helpful they all were. I really felt so proud the day of and after the wedding listening to the compliments.

We had an amazing wedding weekend in kinnitty castle with our 5 children, friends and family. From the minute we checked in to when we left we were treated like royalty. The wedding crew and hotel staff were amazing and Lindsay, our wedding co ordinator was beyond amazing! Every little detail we wanted was done for us without question. Kinnitty castle also gave us a beautiful gift to remember our wedding weekend.

The venue is spectacular, but the service was the real special part. We arranged our wedding at short notice here, and there was nothing they wouldn't help us to accommodate. Their wedding coordinator is really talented and so easy to work with- it made our day. Never a no, always a we can make it happen. And upon leaving, presented a gift of crystal glasses with our names etched in. 110% in everything, they made the magic happen...

I suppose you could say our situation was a little different than most. We were planning our wedding at home in Ireland all the way from Canada with an 8 hour time difference. I didn't know where to begin! We started an extensive search online for just the right venue. Our wedding wasn't just our wedding, but was also a reunion for family members whom we hadn't seen in the years since we moved abroad. So it was very important that we found just the right place.

My parents offered to go and meet with the coordinator and go on a tour of one of our top choices, Kinnitty Castle. The first of many venues to be seen I was sure. My parents took photos and absolutely raved about the place. The beautiful location, stunning period rooms, amazing food and friendly staff. "There's nothing no to like" they said. Having been to a fair few weddings they were sure we wouldn't find anywhere we?d like better. Kinnitty Castle was perfect and seemed to ?fit? us.

From the very beginning, we put our faith in Lyndsey, the coordinator at the castle. We were very apprehensive doing so much planning, so far away, and had a lot of questions. With the 8 hour time difference it was difficult to communicate, I couldn't just call if I had questions or requests. This often meant emailing in the afternoon and having to wait until the next day to get a reply. But the reply was always there when I woke up. If it wasn't Lyndsey, it was another member of staff. Someone always got back to me and put my mind at ease. This was a huge deal as planning a wedding is stressful enough and doing it from a different continent is certainly tough, but having people who are so easy to deal with made such a difference.

One the day itself the staff went above and beyond what we expected. We couldn't have asked for a better place to have our special day. I'm so glad we chose Kinnitty. I can't even imagine what it would be like for something to go wrong on such an important day, and I have Lyndsey and the other staff members to thank for that. The day went by with a certain flow and there was absolutely no stress. We had certain expectations and they were exceeded. Our guests still talk about our wedding and the friendliness of the staff is always a topic.

I?d recommend to anyone considering Kinnitty Castle to 100% choose them. You won't be disappointed. We had absolutely no complaints. Their professionalism and courtesy just made our special day, that bit more special.

We had a fantastic wedding at Kinnitty Castle. The staff were so attentive and incredibly helpful and they made our guests feel so welcome and at home. Nothing was too much trouble- from ensuring specific dietary requirements were met to arranging then rearranging the bedroom guest list as per my instructions.
The reception went so smoothly - Simon was on hand to guide us through the day and his gentle manner kept us calm and free from stress for the entire time.
The food was exceptional! The guests were raving about the canapés which were served when we arrived back to the hotel from the church. The 4 course meal was incredible - not one person had a complaint to make!
In the run up to the wedding we mostly used email to communicate. Our emails were answered practically immediately so any queries we had were resolved instantly meaning no stress!
The rooms are amazing. If you like the splendour of Olde Worlde then Kinnitty Castle is the place for you! The giant four poster bed I stayed in on the eve of the wedding was beautiful, not to mention the fabulous hand carved bed in the bridal suite.
It's by no means a run of the mill hotel where every corridor is identical to the next. Our guests had fantastic fun exploring the different corridors - it's actually a castle, not a castle on the outside and a regular hotel on the inside. It's a real castle!
I genuinely can't fault any aspect of our wedding at Kinnitty. The staff were amazing, particularly Clair, Helen and Simon; the food was exceptional; the venue was breathtaking.

We loved everything about Kinnitty Castle. The staff & service was outstanding, and nothing we asked was too much trouble. We had the most brilliant day, the venue is extraordinarily beautiful so it really doesn't matter what the weather is like outside. Our guests raved about the rooms, the medieval decor, the authenticity of the castle and the friendliness of everyone there. Highly recommended - we can't wait to go back for our anniversary.

Our family and friends also loved our banquet table, this is an unusual style and people have raved about it!!!! It's very different and we were delighted we could have this on the day! All I want now, is to rewind the clock and repeat the big day!!

I believe they are renovating the O'Carroll hall to remove the mezzanine level which had no sound system and there was a problem with our sound system during the speeches. Apart from that, our day went off without a hitch.

We had already expected our wedding at Kinnitty Castle to be something very special but we would never have dreamed of how unbelievable it would turn out to be. From the moment we arrived at the castle, the night before our big day, until the moment we left, two days after, we had the most magnificent time. There was no issue too big or small for Simon and Lyndsay.

Everything ran smoothly on our wedding day, and I am a self confessed organisation freak. The venues were set up beautifully. Exactly as I requested, with an eye on the small details. The food and service was excellent.

Communication was always great, and I organized the wedding from Australia so this was important.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kinnitty Castle. From the beginning of the process they were incredibly flexible, prompt, and easy to deal with. Simon was wonderful to work with and the entire staff provided such amazing service. The castle itself looked stunning for our wedding and even little details were handled without me even having to ask. In addition, pricing was affordable and you got so many extras included that would have been additional fees at other venues.

So many of our guests said that ours was simply the best wedding they had ever attended. As a bride, I never felt stressed at all during the day as they just made everything run smoothly. On our first trip to Kinnitty Castle Hotel, we immediately fell in love with the character and charm of this stunning, authentic castle and knew that it was going to be perfect for our wedding reception, and perfect it was.

We had our wedding reception in Kinnitty Castle Hotel on 12 September 2015. On reaching the top of the tree-lined driveway, our guests ascended the red-carpeted staircase, lined with candles and flowers, as they entered the wonderfully impressive 13th century castle. After passing through the beautiful courtyard, where everyone enjoyed pre-dinner drinks in the warm September sunshine, we were lead to the Great Hall of the O?Carrolls, a spectacular banquet hall, where we were seated at the perfectly decorated long tables and received excellent service and exceptional food. As a couple who had spent a lot of time planning our wedding day, it was so important to us that our guests enjoyed every minute of it and the food, staff and venue itself exceeded all our expectations, and all received glowing compliments from our guests!

To say that our time in Kinnitty Castle was magical would be an understatement. Our wedding day itself was an absolute fairytale for us. We cannot overstate how pleased and impressed we were with the service, care and attention we received from all staff on the day, in particular Simon, Conor and Andrew. All three were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Simon was such a calm and reassuring presence on the day, always there for the littlest queries that we had and always so warm and kind, a true gentleman.

We can't wait to visit again and, as they truly loved the castle, we expect many of our guests will be returning again in the near future too!

Amazing venue, loved every single minute! We had civil ceremony in the great hall, and the decor was lovely, so atmospheric! If I had to do it all again, I wouldn't change a single detail! The staff were all so lovely, especially the singing bar man! Simon, Aoife and Cavan were all so helpful throughout.

Kinnitty was a beautiful place to get married and the perfect size for our party if 106 people. There is a unique gothic character to the place and there are lovely walks in the woods and driveway for photo opportunities.
We were very happy indeed with the care and attention we received on the day. We didn't have to give anything a second thought. It was just done in the background professionally and smoothly. The food was excellent.
One small improvement that could be made was with communication coming up to the day. I was looking for information about the size of the seating plan frame, table numbers and size of the cake stand. In the end I just had to guess. It would be really helpful if Kinnitty made a PDF or a leaflet listing all of that kind of information so that I wouldn't have to ask about it at all.
Overall though - a great wedding venue that I would highly recommend.

We cannot fault the staff, food or anything else at our wedding. The hotel presentation was stunning
but not snooty or overly fussy. Simon was the ideal co-ordinator for us he just gets it. Our guests

We knew once we had a look around the Castle that this is where we wanted to get married! Once we
sat down with Cavan we realised that nothing was too much trouble. We had the usual nerves about
our guests enjoying themselves and everything going to plan but we needn't have worried, Cavan and
Aoife were on hand all day to make sure everything was ok, we didn't have to think about a thing!
Thank you to all the lovely staff at Kinnitty Castle, we and our guests had the best time, I wouldn't
change a single moment of our special day everyone had a ball!!

Cavan Dunne and all the personnel were absolutely fantastic and we just couldn't have asked for a
better hospitality. Everything went according to the plan, the decorations and design were beautiful,
the food was delicious, our guests felt like they were in a movie, and the castle itself was simply

We don't even know where to begin to thank you all for what an amazing wedding day we had on
the 1st of June. The whole day and night could not have gone better, we both had an amazing day
that we will never forget :) Some of our guests said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. From
start to finish all the staff couldn't do enough for us, from advise about wine at our menu tasting
from the waiter, to checking in the day of the wedding and Aoife making sure we didn't see each
other until the ceremony, from the friendly breakfast waitress the next day, to Cavan making sure
Joeys uncle was able to get into the ceremony in his wheelchair, to the friendly waiting staff all day
making sure the kids were ok and that everyone's glasses were full. We could not recommend
Kinnitty Castle Hotel highly enough.

We held our civil ceremony here on 4th January & cannot praise the team enough. From the first time we met with Cavan, it was apparent that he was the epitome of organization, professionalism & helpfulness. in the lead-up to the day & on the day, everything was taken care of in a manner that made us as relaxed as possible. Our guests could not find fault with anything on the day & several of them are planning on going back in the near future. The venue was decorated beautifully on the day, everything was organized with precision & executed perfectly. Our guests have not stopped talking about the quality of food served on the day - exceptional to say the least. The team at Kinnitty are amazing at their jobs & in addition they could not have been more warm or welcoming to us & our guests. Neil & I had our wedding in Kinnitty Castle and I cannot recommend everything highly enough. From the moment we first viewed the Castle with Andrew until we checked out the day after our wedding we truly felt we could not of asked for more in terms of food, accommodation and service. Dear Cavan, Simon, Andrew and all the staff at Kinnitty Castle,

We just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to you for making our wedding day on Saturday the 17th the most fantastic day of our lives!!! From start to finish it was a dream come true. Cavan, you were amazing to deal with from the start, you played a HUGE part in us choosing Kinnitty Castle Hotel in the first place as our wedding venue. You are so relaxed and calm and so organised and efficient, exactly what we wanted in a wedding coordinator. I am not surprised in any shape or form that you have won awards for what you do and I know you will go on to win many many more !!. On top of being a total professional as a wedding coordinator, you are just great fun and a genuinely nice guy who made the whole experience of planning a wedding so easy for us... this was really really appreciated by us especially as we are so busy anyway with our little girls. You were always so warm and kind to Siun and Aoibhinn also which never went unnoticed..
All the staff at Kinnitty are so friendly and helpful and genuine good craic! We had such a laugh with Simon, Conor and also some of the House Keeping Girls, Maura and another lovely lady, Linda) Mary also who was working in the banqueting hall was also lovely. The receptionists were all sooo lovely and nothing was ever a problem. Many people after the wedding commented on the staff and how great they are. Even on the night of the wedding they were so calm and efficient in serving the meals. Simon and Cavan, you were both wonderful at the reception also. Andrew, we met you at our tasting and you were brilliant and so efficient too any requests that we had were fulfilled on the day .
We can honestly say our day was perfect and went without hitches! The flowers around the castle, the toiletries in the bathroom, the music played upon our entrance, it was all just fab!
And of course Kinnitty itself looked so beautiful. The candles in the venues, the decor, everything! It just has the wow factor and we left on Monday the 19th so attached to the place and genuinely sad to be leaving....It will from now on be our special place and where we will continue to return. But as Robbie said in his speech "yes it's a great location but its the staff who make the experience..."
I couldn't not mention the chef and the superb food on the day....so delicious! Again, it was commented on many many times and we just feel so proud and happy that we chose Kinnitty as our venue to throw the party of our lives. We just want everyone to know about this very special castle and to share our experiences far and wide.
Thank you also for our beautiful champagne flutes engraved with our names. We will treasure these forever...I actually feel we've probably forgotten something or someone in the thankyous and if we have we apologise.. It just means a lot to Robbie and I to let you know how you all have a very special place in our hearts and you made us one very happy couple on our big big day...You wont get rid of too easliy now and we ll see you soon hopefully !!

Well we are back from our honeymoon and back to reality!

We watched the wedding video this morning, I wanted to wait until I had seen it before sending you a mail!
It was so lovely to see it all again and be reminded of what a great day it really was!

I don't really know where to start, our experience with Kinnitty from start to finish was flawless!

Well anyway here goes,

We had the most amazing wedding day in Kinnitty, every member of staff throughout the hotel cannot do enough to help. From the girls that delivered breakfast to a very excited bride and bridesmaids in the morning, to the bar staff at 4 am the following morning everyone went above and beyond the call of duty!

All our guests were delighted with the castle and everyone has since been full of praise! Dinner the night before was amazing, as was the meal on the day. The lady who looked after the top table on the day deserves a special mention, she was amazing! She is fabulous at her job!

Cavan, we have so enjoyed dealing with you throughout the planning stages. Literally nothing was too much trouble, your 'can do' attitude is literally amazing! Still can't believe we never managed to find anything for you to say no to.

You are a voice of reason and island of calm on what can be a very stressful morning. We picked our wedding album photos last night and you are in!
I don't know how many wedding dresses you have hitched up and helped to carry to the great hall but you are a pro!!

The day itself ran like clockwork and I can't even imagine how much work that takes! It looks effortless but I don't even dream it is!

I am still amazed that you managed to accommodate my cheeky cousins who wanted something that wasn't on the menu! Tell the chef he/ she was just too good, I have never heard of a hotel doing that. I really appreciate it but you should they should really not have asked!

Finally, and this is totally legendary!!!! The staff, while cleaning the room at the end of the night searched high and low until they found my cousins lost ear ring. She was just amazed they would go to this effort! It was a small stud ear ring that had actually ended up in 2 parts but they still managed to find it! It turns out it was a Tiffany ear ring and quite valuable so she was delighted to get it back!! Will you make sure to say thanks to all from us, we really appreciate it!

Lastly would you believe we met the couple that got married in Kinnitty on the 31st of December in one of the hotels we stayed in in South Africa? Paul & Karen I think their names were!! They had a fabulous day too so we had a great old chat at the pool!!

I can't believe it's all over but we have amazing memories of Kinnitty and it's staff for many year to come.

We wish Kinnitty all the success it deserves! If anyone ever needs a chat with a previous bride and groom point them in our direction!

We got married on the 8th of September 2012 in Kinnitty Castle and had the most amazing wedding day we could have ever hoped for.
From the moment we arrived in the Castle everything we wanted and needed was taken care of to the highest standard.
All of the staff from the reception to the bar and the banqueting hall were absolutely fantastic. The venue is so magical and that alone in itself created an amazing atmosphere. The Castle has amazing individual bedrooms and we had the whole place to ourselves the night of our wedding which made it so unique and personal. The most talked about element of our day from guests was how amazing the food was and many commented on how it was the best food any of our guests had ever had at a wedding. We had a fantastic experience in Kinnitty Castle from the moment we met Cavan our wedding co ordinator to the moment we left. Cavan was always just a phonce call or email away more than willing and able to help me out with any of my requests, his warm and friendly attitude made my wedding planning so much more relaxed and I knew that we would be taken care of 100%. There was not a single issue the day of our wedding everything went so smoothly and it was the best day of our lives. I dont think we would have had this magical experience anywhere else but in Kinnitty Castle and I would not hesitate for one second to recommend Kinnitty and its wonderful to staff to any bride to be!

Thank you for your very kind words. We certainly wanted to give you feed back as we both had time to reflect on the events of the day.
Overall we were very happy with the level of service provided. That included the presentation of the hotel itself on the day and the drinks reception.

Some friends of mine noted that food was promptly handed around by staff which meant that guests didn't have to look for the canapes etc.
The reception itself ran very smoothly even though photography ran over time. The food was of excelllent quality. Both family and friends remarked on the excellent portion size and speed at which it was served. The staff were very pleasant and polite. They were very attentive. Tradtional background music during the meal was asked for but it didn't go as planned. the banquet hall was well decorated and well presented. My family and friends have not stopped talking about the atmosphere Kinnitty had. That's exactly what we wanted.

We want to thank you for giving us the day that we wanted so much. We barely noticed the rain with such surroundings as Kinnitty!

From the moment we arrived, the entire day and night was flawless. You allowed us to be 100% worry free because we knew you had everything completely under control.
Nothing was ever too much when we were organising the wedding, and on the day you went over and beyond to help us and to make sure we and our guests were thoroughly looked after.
We just loved the table in the middle of the courtyard for our reception drinks, with rose petals in the shape of a big love heart with the glasses of champagne in the middle'such a beautiful touch!
Cavan, you were so professional and we felt so calm knowing you were in charge, thank you for everything! The amount of our family and friends that remarked on how good the food was and how brilliant you were was incredible.

the absolutely fantastic and wonderful staff of Kinnitty Castle. I honestly cannot praise the staff enough from our wedding co-ordinator Cavan to Andrew & Simon (who took fantastic care of us & our guests on our second night in the hotel) to all the waiting staff who served the dinner with such speed and efficiency that my guests are still raving about the excellent service they received. I have never heard so many compliments about the quality of the dinner and the wonderful staff all of which is truly deserved.

It is a fairytale location and we really were treated as royalty. We stayed in the castle the night after our wedding and the service and food was just a perfect as the wedding day itself. I cannot recommend Kinnitty Castle enough as a wedding venue, it really is a dream come true venue and the banqueting hall is so magical it took our breath away.

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and that was purely because of Kinnitty Castle and its staff. The food was superb, definitely the highlight of all our guests day.
