The Radisson Blu Hotel and Spa, Cork

We had the most incredible day at our wedding in Radisson Blu Cork. We viewed it and booked it almost immediately.
The fab Joanne was a constant source of support, she kept in constant contact with us throughout the planning stages and kept us up to date on any new covid restrictions.
She made the process easy.

On the day of our Wedding we were looked after by the wonderful Dori. She along with her team ensured that everything was perfect for us. From the way she greeted us at the front door until the time she said good bye Dori catered for our every need.

Our only issue is that it is all over and we would love to do it all again. We would pick the Radisson every single time.

Top class service and care

I was bridesmaid for my best friend wedding in September the staff in the Radison where so helpful they couldn’t do enough for us. From start to finish everything went off well. There was a little problem with the sound at the ceremony but staff fixed it immediately. The rooms were so spacious and comfortable couldn’t fault a thing.

We really loved having our wedding here. Joanne was amazing and nothing was a big ask with her. The day went brilliant and the food was incredible.

Cannot recommend the Radisson Blu hotel enough. Joanne our wedding coordinator was absolutely amazing! Her advice and ideas were very much appreciated and taken on board. The decor, food and staff was out of this world. Seamus and Dori were with us on our wedding day and Joanne wasn't lying when she told us we would be in good hands. They made us and our guests feel like royalty. I honestly cannot recommend then enough. Joanne was so quick to respond to my emails and kept contacting me in the run up to the wedding seeing if I had everything I needed sorted and if she could be of any help. She is such a lovely girl and because of her along with the staff they made our day perfect. Thank you Joanne, Seamus, Dori and to all the staff at the radisson hotel Blu and spa, ye outdone yerselves.

We would highly recommend The Radisson Blu Hotel. Everyone went beyond their call of duty to help us have the most amazing wedding reception. Joanne our wedding coordinator was one in a million , she made everything seem so easy. We couldn't fault anything on our day.

The Radisson staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From planning to the actual day they were so professional, friendly and on the ball from day 1.

My bridal party and guests have all complimented the staff in the Raddison, they were so helpful on the day and couldn’t have done anymore for us and our guests they are an absolute credit to the Raddison.

Also the set up on the day the layout was stunning once again thanks to all the staff.

Compliments also to the chef as my guests feedback was that the food was amazing. (Radisson is known for amazing food)

The day couldn’t have ran anymore smoothly due to the staff been on the ball.

The Radisson were fantastic to deal with for the months of planning leading up to the wedding to the day itself. They left no stone unturned and ensured everything went just the way we asked. Joanne was our wedding planner ans without her i would probably be still planning, so helpful and so so aproachable with what ever query we had.

We had an amazing wedding at the radisson blu hotel.We were lucky to have an outdoor wedding due to the sunny weather. The wedding decor, all done by the hotel is beautiful and included in the package.The hotel staff and wedding coordinator Joanne o donoghue are very organised,reliable and efficient.All the guests were well looked after on the day and we could enjoy the day as they took care of everything well.

Once we booked our wedding in the Radisson, we knew we were going to be well looked after. Joanne and all the managers looked after us so so well. Joanne was constantly in contact and any query that I had, was responded to within minutes. Joannes checklist was so intricate, I knew we were in great hands, and any little details I forgot about, she reminded me of.
On the wedding day, we were treated like a king and queen. The food was exquisite and all our guests complimented it. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.
The following day we had a BBQ and the food was again, fantastic. I knew we would have a great wedding, but the Radisson and all its staff made it magical.

We couldn't recommend this venue highly enough. We had an amazing wedding day. The food was outstanding and service second to none.

From our initial meetings to the day itself all the staff were extremely professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They were extremely helpful and were able to fulfil our every request.

We had amazing photos taken in the beautiful Ditchley House which is an added bonus, a lovely venue for our drinks reception.

The staff were always at our beckoning and Seamock and Adyta were brilliant looking after the Bridal Party. The Manager Shane welcomed us at the door and ensured all was in hand.

The wedding co-ordinator Joanne was a pleasure to deal with, easily contactable by phone and email with very prompt replies and was always happy to meet face to face when we needed it.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about having our wedding in the radisson blue hotel little island. We were at two weddings previous to our own there and we really enjoyed both so when we decided to start looking at hotels we knew the radisson was at the top of our list. They were very prompt in all responses to our requests. If they was something we wanted to change or add even last minute it was no trouble at all. Joanne and ciara who we were dealing with were so easy going in the lead up to the day, that it made our planning so much easier. They made great suggestions when we were not sure about certain things. Shane and pierre on the day were brilliant. From the moment we stepped out of the car they had us laughing, great banter and kept us smiling. Some guests had requested something from the staff at the hotel on the day, they it was done with no complaints at all. The food was delicious, everyone seemed to be well feed and everyone desserts were lovely and warm. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Radisson hotel & spa little island was amazing to deal with from start to finish, food was excellent all my guests were commenting for ages after about it. Staff were amazing & very professional. We can't thank the Radisson enough they went above and beyond on our wedding day, Ciara the wedding coordinator was absolutely amazing she helped us with every little detail we needed. The food was unbelievable very tasty all our guests commented on how fab the dinner was, the staff in the radisson were wonderful made you feel right at home. We would recommend this hotel to future couples.

Excellent location and professional staff

We had our wedding in the Radisdon Blu on the 17th of August 2017. The service we received was out of this world we were treated like royalty. I would highly recommend it. The hotel is stunning, the food was amazing and the staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We also have 3 children 2 of whom have autism and the staff were more than accommodating to their needs they went above and beyond to make sure the day was special for them too. If I had my time back again I wouldn't change a thing we are so glad we chose the Radisson.

Where to start , We booked our wedding with your hotel in 2016 as we were amazed by the picturesque setting,we met with Ciara Barry who could not be more helpful.
See we have two Autistic kids and no matter what this was more important to us.
That they be looked after on the day and they were .
There was a room set aside for the twins with bean bags and toys galore and whatever they wanted the hotel staff got this was fantastic .
See after we had booked the hotel worry started to set in as we heard of so many weddings happening in the Radisson, we said we're going to be just another digit to them.
But we couldn't have been more wrong our wedding was on the 17th of August just gone and that morning I wanted loads done but I wasn't allowed lift a finger.
I met with two lady's EDYTA & EZABELA who looked after everything they were a breath of fresh air so calm and understanding. I was amazed so onto the church .

Once we then arrived at the hotel we were met by fantastic staff again.
EDYTA & BRYAN these two made us feel special afterwards we sat down for the meal and again Bryan looked after us this guy has spirit and so nice the whole place was talking about him.
You know the staff made our day also they all went above and beyond we were not just another number to the hotel.
My wife was relieved and overwhelmed by the service the food was amazing all our guest were amazed and we would like to thank the chef and his staff for doing such a great job and also SEAMÁS, BART, FRAN, SEAMÁS were still laughing here at how positive you were and the banter we had with you that night was brilliant.

Even when we had sing song in the bar at 3 am this was not a problem.

We didn't manage to get everyone's names but to those who did help out thanks so much would we do it all again. .. course we would but only at this hotel ....oh and to Dora in the restaurant who served us two nights ago keep that smile and banter we enjoyed it great service.

We had our wedding day in the Raddison Boy hotel cork at the end of April. Could not compliment Ciara the wedding co ordinator enough. She is so nice from the minute you meet her. No email or query too big or small. Very efficient & interested in her job. All staff food & service on the day was top class could not fault it. Great hotel with the old house joined on for the drinks reception. All our guests loved it. Good wedding package & was the only hotel we viewed for our wedding. Great first impression.

It is a great hotel for a wedding. The wedding co-ordinator Ciara was very helpful and was always there to answer any questions we had. The staff were amazing and very friendly they couldn' t do enough for us. The food was excellent.We got some gorgeous photos in ditchley house and we also had our drinks reception in this house. The function room was amazing and it was decorated beautifully and it is a very big room. I would highly recommend radisson hotel cork for a wedding.

We got married on a Bank holiday Monday in August 2016. We booked our wedding in February 2016 so we had very little time to organise it. The Radisson Blu provided everything (I did not need to buy a candle or a flower it was all included) and looked amazing. There was such attention to detail and felt so personal to us. The service was 5 star! It was a very wet day and all of our guests were met with staff holding umbrellas. The food was the best I have ever had at any restaurant. We were delighted with our day and would highly recommend this hotel as a wedding venue.

Myself and husband got engaged at Christmas time and we started reasearching the best places for our wedding reception. We booked loads of places and lastly we met the radisson blu team. By this time I was feeling so overwhelmed and the minute we set down with emma the wedding Co ordinator in the radisson blu hotel I knew this was the place. I as so nervous and emma just took it all away. We had our church booked but the minute emma showed me the civil cermony room, My husband said we'll there goes the church. He was right it was breath taking, just like a fairy tale. It was so romantic with all the candles, lighting and the personal feel to it. We booked our reception with the radisson blu the following day. Than a couple of months later ciara took over as our wedding Co ordinator. At first I was so nervous as I was one of the most nervous brides I think you would of ever met. Ciara arrange a meeting and after sitting down with ciara for two minutes we just loved her. Ciara was on top of everything. Our wedding menu tasting was amazing and the radisson even made us feel special at this. My father and brother in law are both chefs so I was a bit nervous about them being critical about the food but they thought it was amazing. I would email and get a reply straight away. Ciara would be letting me know what I had to do or get. She was amazing. Than the day came and ciara and the team were waiting for me when I arrived. Helping me out if the car, fixing my veil and dress. I can't remember much of the day as its a blur but I remember how much the radisson made me feel so special and my little girl who is four was treated like a princess. Than at the meal we met Pierre the waiter who was in charge of the top table.Pierre learned all our names and we had a big bridal party, 15 at the top table. Pierre made jokes and was running around after all of us. The best man even got pierre to sign our wedding menu. I will never forget pierre and I want to say a big thank to him. Lastly I only found out about this the following day but during the wedding my cousin who is a diabetic forgot his needles. My father asked ciara would she ask the guest over the microphone before we came in if any of the guests are diabetics and have spare needles. During the meal my father saw ciara hand my cousin a pharmacy bag. Would you believe they organised it themselves and got a staff member to drive to pharmacy. This is what you call five star treatment. I would recommend this hotel to you for your wedding if you wanted five star treatment, professional staff, friendly staff and a day to remember. We held our wedding reception in the Radisson Blu Hotel at the beginning of August 2015. We booked it 18 months prior and from the very first contact my wedding coordinator Rosita was a pleasure to deal with. I was organising a lot of my wedding from overseas and she was very efficient on responding to all of my emails etc. The food was amazing, my guests are still talking about the menu. Everything from the venue to the hotel staff to the honeymoon suite, there was nothing myself and my husband could fault. Everything was perfect!
