This is a very intimate and unique venue for a wedding. The staff are exceptionally nice and give a lot of personal attention. The food was everything that we hoped for (and many of the ingredients were fresh from the garden). The surroundings of the centre are beautiful for walks, the accomodation is excellent and the dining area is particularly cosy.

We had a fantastic family wedding weekend in The Three Towers. Tracy and the team were so accomadating and everything ran so smoothly. We had our wedding cake made here and it was amazing. The wedding meal was perfect and there was plenty of food for the afters party. The pizza party we had the night before the wedding really went down well with our guests. We would highly recommend the Three Towers as a wedding venue if you are looking for somewhere extra special to celebrate.

I cannot thank Tracie and the Slieve Aughty team enough for our wedding day.
We fell in love with the venue at first sight. The feel is unique, with a rustic almost Mediterranean feel in places, very light and bright. The bridal suite was huge and really comfortable and the grounds are gorgeous with lots of great places for photos. It was really important to me to be able to get married somewhere that values sustainability and grows their own food. Slieve Aughty is very committed to both.
At the time of our wedding we were living in England and Tracie was very easy to plan and communicate with over the phone and by email and skype. She arranged a second visit and food tasting for us closer to the wedding day. As I'm vegan it was really important to me to try to have a wedding as close to vegan as possible while still accommodating all our guests. Their fantastic chef worked with the recipe ideas I gave and made a truly sensational meal, as well as snacks and evening food that kept everyone very happy and going back for seconds. The chef even made my husband an extra special dish all for himself because of his dietary requirements, which was a great surprise for him
She also helped us find an incredible baker, Claudia, to make us a vegan sugar free cake and I cannot recommend her highly enough for cakes, especially if you have dietary restrictions.
As well as this, our flowers were arranged by I believe the owners daughter in law. They did them on fairly short notice and as I was abroad, without a face to face consultation. Just by emailing they managed to create perfect bouquets and tiaras for the bridal party.
Travel was arranged for our guests from Knock airport and was very reasonably priced and took most the weight off for us, if I could make any recommendation it would be to let Tracie handle everything as when I got involved in travel arrangements it just became confusing.
We used our own celebrant and photographer but I'm sure their recommendations would have been excellent. They did such a good job of laying out our ceremony room to squeeze in as many guests as possible and still keep it looking beautiful.
The team was very accommodating and flexible and everyone who came loved the venue. We hope to come back and stay sometime for our anniversary. (Slieve Aughty offers a free anniversary voucher to couples who marry there!)

We never really could find where we wanted to get married but when we visited the slieve aughty centre, we knew we found our venue.. it was like someone had built our dream venue. Everything was just perfect. We had our ceremony outside, exactly as we wanted. Then drinks outside and in the bar. The food was exceptional, so many people commented on it. It was the most lovely, chilled out surroundings to get married.. We received so many cards from people saying it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. The staff were great. The kids had the best day ever!! We couldn't have asked for more.. it was magical being able to enjoy the whole day in the same venue.. so many were able to stay in the wonderful accommodation and our friends who stayed at the nearby b&b said it was really easy to get to and a good standard.
