Lyndyloo is based in the ever Popular Villamartin Plaza on the ground floor, just outside Torrevieja. We have a physical office so couples and family members can pop in and see us at any time and see samples of cakes, photographers and every service you can imagine from your Wedding planner on the Costa Blanca.
From the first time we meet with you either at your chosen venue or here in the Lyndyloo office we offer all the help and advice you may need and we listen to what you want and pride ourselves in being able to offer you a choice of suppliers rather than just one for each service, it's your day so we offer you choice so you can tailor make your complete wedding here on the Costa Blanca.
We have been in the local area for years now and pride ourselves in having a vast knowledge of the local area and with Spanish speaking staff on hand means we have direct access to local Spanish suppliers and venues that are not avalilable directly to the public and we then pass this quality onto you. We have a fixed wedding planning fee no matter how many guests you have so you know up front the costs for our services.

Lyndyloo and the team are just fantastic. They brought mine and my husbands vision to life, if anything they exceeded our expectations. Its one thing seeing everything that you're getting on paper but when its brought to life they just go above and beyond! I would highly, highly recommend them to help plan your wedding. Myself and my husband both live in Ireland so having someone Spain sorting out all the background work was a huge help. Louise in particular is amazing she is very prompt at responding and will go out of her way to make sure everything is is to your standard and what you want. If it wasn't for her we would never have found our beautiful venue .We were both lost for words for the love, time and effort they poured into planning our wedding from the minute we met right up to our last meeting after our wedding. We are both eternally greatfulL to Lyndyloo and the team for giving us the best day of our lives, we will never forget you and we will never forget the day we had. We are so glad we chose Lyndyloo in Spain as our wedding planner. From the start she helped us choose the venue and recommended lots of services to us. She was very helpful and was always so quick responding to emails. She and the venue kindly allowed us to postpone our wedding twice due to covid with no issues at all. I feel she always went out of her way to help, was flexible and very accommodating to what we wanted. The day was perfect, the decor was set out beautifully, she was there to assist and made sure evening went smoothly. We added extra entertainment which she recommended and they were all amazing. The DJ within the package was fantastic, the sax man was amazing, the flamenco dancers and the cages all made such a fun day. The guests all commented on how fantastic the wedding was and they thoroughly enjoyed. We feel it was certainly a wedding to remember and we are so happy we chose Louise and San Miguel Castle (Daniel) for our day. The staff were are great on the day, especially Daniel who made sure everything was perfect. Thank you for the best day. It was certainly worth the wait. I wanted to get married in Spain but didn?t have any idea where to start with the planning so decided to use Louise at lyndyloo. Best decision I could have made. After a years delay due to covid we finally got married a couple of weeks ago. I couldn?t believe my eyes on the day, all my ideas and vision that had been communicated via email came to life. We couldn?t have wished for a better day it was perfect and Louise is so professional it was like clockwork. Would recommend lyndyloo to anyone who wants to get married in Spain.

My husband and i honestly cannot thank Louise and everyone enough for helping us achieve our perfect day, i personally wouldn't recommend anyone else, they went above and beyond to make sure the whole day was absolutely perfect and all if our guests were all well looked after also.
After having to rearrange our wedding from may 2020 it finally happened may 2022 and all of the rearranging all went smoothly having to do everything over emails, Louise made everything stress for me and helped answer any questions i had.

Louise came recommended to us by friends of ours who attended a wedding up in the castle a couple of years previously. We soon made contact with Louise and from the very start she couldn't have been any more helpful as we were not sure what type of wedding we wanted just that we wanted to have it abroad. We flew over to have our first meeting and she took us around to view different venues and once we saw the castle we both fell in love it was the perfect venue for our special day. We had been back and forth with Louise arranging everything until covid hit and our wedding unfortunately had to be postponed not once but three times. Nothing was ever a problem with Louise even when we got stressed about things she was always there to reassure us that everything would run smoothly. She was so right when our special day finally came around 19th of May 2022 it was the most magical day we could of ever hoped for. There was three lyndyloo staff members there for the whole day and night and when I say the day went without a hitch, everything went so smoothly and everyone was just having the best time. I cannot recommend Louise enough if you are thinking of having your wedding in Spain she is absolutely the best at what she does. We have already had people who attended our wedding inquire about her. Louise from the bottom of our hearts myself and Conor could not be more greatful to you for all you have done for us and we really had our dream wedding in the end xxx

Louise went out of her way to help us plan our dream wedding in Spain. Our wedding was postponed multiple times due to the Covid pandemic and she was so helpful in dealing with suppliers and managing everything on the ground for us over there. Her help was invaluable in organizing our wedding and we definitely would not have been able to do it ourselves without her expertise and local knowledge. Lyndyloo was our wedding planner and without her I do not honestly know what we would have done. Our wedding was originally may 2020 and we had 2 more change of dates over Covid 19 until we eventually had our wonderful day!
Everything was organised and arranged perfectly. We had many choices and were given so many ideas that we had not even thought about.

We had the most fabulous day, we still replay our video over and over just to remember the fabulous day we had and still cant believe we finally got there with Louise's help. We had to postpone the wedding once and Louise really calmed our nerves and told us how to change everything and broke everything down in emails for us to take our time to read and make decisions as a couple. The response times were amazing. Most times we would get a response within 30 minutes which is really quick service and it shows Louise is very on the ball with her wedding planning.
All of the suppliers turned up on time on the day and were very professional.
We got married at Castle de Conesa San Miguel and we couldn't have found a more beautiful venue and more fantastic service.
Cant wait to go back to the Castle at Xmas time to reminisce our amazing day.

We arranged our wedding from France and my now wife was the main contact via email. Being in a different country made it difficult and the wedding was planned during the Covid pandemic so we were unsure whether we would be able to accommodate all our guests or, in fact, hold the wedding at all. In the end we took the risk and boy are we glad that we did!
Louise had everything sorted out and the day went like clockwork. There were one or two small glitches but they were handled by Louise very efficiently and professionally, so much so that we as the main couple did not even now until much later.
We used the Castillo de Conesa which was a fabulous venue and the whole evening was absolutely fantastic - none of that would have been possible without Louise and her planning.

We were one of the lucky few to get married during covid and I can say that it was the best decision we made. Louise and her team made sure everything was covered from stat to finish. Even though we did not have all our guests attend it was still special and louise & her team made sure of that. Every little detail was taken care of for the wedding and more so for Covid, they provided pop uo mask stands and hand gel on all the tables and in the toilets. Things we ha not even thought of were covered. I can not thank them enough for everything they did for our day and would not change a thing

The service provided by Lyndyloo in organising my wedding was second to none! My husband and I only decided in January 2018 to get married in spain in a catholic church and I was guided every step of the way. It was not a big wedding 35 of us and I wanted a bespoke and intimate wedding and I was worried it would not feel like that. However from the beginning of our journey the help with choosing the church and the venue and the advice was perfect. I can only speak from my own experience and the feedback from our family and friends who said it was the best wedding they had ever been at!!

I had an amazing wedding that was a relatively stress free experience from beginning to end. The venue, food and flowers were stunning. I can?t thank everyone enough that was involved in making my day perfect the hairdressers, minister, photographer, venue owner, barman, DJ, Louise and the rest of the team.

Given that we live in Switzerland and Louise is located in Spain, most of the conversation was in writing so I guess from an organizational point of view, it was anything but easy. But she and her team managed to realize our dreams and wishes as well as possible! From the whole scenery to the colour scheme, it was all very beautiful. Also the photo and the video team she works with are incredible! We didn't receive the video yet but the pictures are just the best we could ask for!

Everyone turned up at the right time photographer & videographer the flowers were dropped off in plenty time. Our aisle looked beautiful, the cocktail reception was amazing, dinner was absolutely amazing all special requests were taken care off. The band Gatecrash who Louise recommended were outstanding everyone loved them & then onto our DJ Christian he played everything we asked him & even a special request to play Loch Lomomd too,

What can I say, why consider looking elsewhere. Louise is WONDERFUL, SUPPORTIVE, GENUINE and ALWAYS THERE. I never thought I'd miss my wedding emails but I do. I couldn't have survived my wedding without this woman. Her hard work, dedication, knowledge and experience really shined through at my wedding. She knew what I wanted before I did. She always replies to emails and if she's out of office she lets you know in advance. She gives you plenty of choice and if you don't like some choices, well she goes and finds you some more. What more can you want. Thank you so much Louise, my big day would not have been so wonderful without you.

Louise was absolutely amazing from the moment we made our first enquiries to our wedding day and beyond. The service provided was second to none and I would highly recommend her to anyone planning their big day. She made our dreams come true on our wedding day and nothing was too much trouble. Very quick to respond to any queries. We got everything we asked for exactly how we had requested. The day ran like clockwork as everything was planned so well. We had the most fabulous day and would not change a thing. The guests were also very impressed with the venue and day as a whole.the wedding planner stayed around the entire day ensuring everything was perfect. Thank you so much

From our very first meeting, when you showed us the castle, everything has just been brilliant. You gave us so many options and ideas, the day wouldn't have been the same without you.
Everyone is still talking about the venue, the amount of food, the cake, the photographer 'squeezy squeezy', the fireworks, the hog roast and the brilliant dj. As one of our guests kept telling you it was the best day of her life, better than her wedding and having a child!!
No words can thank you enough for everything you did for us, it was just so magical.
Please can you thank the photographer for us as well, she didn't stop the whole day.
I am already saving for renewing our vows in 5 years time, so will need you again to help us with that - we just want it all the same again (maybe less food).

My wedding was quite unusual as the groom had no idea it was happening!!
Lyndyloo were superb at keeping me calm and relaxed, always answering my emails very quickly ( I live in England) and were very supportive of my ideas,
and great with alternative suggestions when my ideas not doable. I was told of all costs, which were very reasonable and there were no hidden extras. I would defiantly recommend this service, Louise Bradley is top class at helping the blushing bride!!

Louise always got back to me straight away if I had any queries. She organised everything that I didn?t want to do myself and kept on top of me as I wasn?t very good at planning! We had a beautiful day and although Louise couldn?t make the day due to a holiday her wedding planner Irene was brilliant.
