I can only have the highest of praise for Moonlight they were brilliant from our 1st phone call. I can honestly say I hadn't heard the band at all before our wedding, but I knew they would be good. Kevin is a true professional and a pleasure to deal with. Our wedding guests could not believe that we hadn't heard the band. Well they exceeded all our expectations. The dance floor was full and rocking all night. Even me and Benny didn't leave the dance floor and we don't usually dance. I really would personally recommend then to anyone looking for a wedding band. My friends and family have all said we have to book them when we renew our vows. Brilliant!

Robert and myself would just like to thank you for an absolutely amazing evening reception. We enjoyed every minute of the music you played. I think we spent the majority of the night dancing and any time we left the floor we would hear another great song and have to come back to dance again. We have had so many people come to talk to us and offer compliments on the great range and style of music you played. It suited every age group and people I have never seen dancing were up and having a great time.
Also the first dance was exactly what we had wanted and we were delighted you could sing it live for us.
We have always been told by other brides and grooms that the band can make the wedding day and we now know this to be very true. We are absolutely delighted that we asked your band to play. We enjoyed every minute of our day and thank you all for the part you played in making it such a success.

Huge thank you to Kevin and the lads. They played at my wedding just over a week ago, they certainly knew how to work the crowd dance floor was full all night. Absolutely amazing I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fabulous friendly band for their big day. I would do it all over again just to have them play.. Thanks so much Kevin and rest of the lads and for gavin for his amazing voice in the church too..definitely a day myself and Stephen will never forgot..u made the night for us and everyone loved the band.. Stephen and niall are still buzzing from playing with the band on the night..

I just wanted to send a quick email to say thank you so much for being part of our wedding in Carton House on the 1st of May. Although I only got to take part in two dances due to being so ill they were just what I wanted our first dance and father daughter dances to be. Everyone from the wedding has commented on how brilliant you were and how they didn't want the music to end! If only I could have enjoyed it more but I could hear all the fun from our suite! We just wanted to say a massive thanks to Kevin and the rest of Moonlight - they were fantastic. Completely professional from start to finish, always answered emails and phone calls in a timely fashion and were so easy to deal with. On the day of the wedding they arrived on time, set up with no fuss and played so well! The dancefloor was full and everyone loved them. They played a great mix of songs and appealed to the wide range of ages that attended our wedding.
We couldn't be happier with them and are so glad we chose them as a band.

Kevin and gang you made our night fantastic. The floor was hopping all night from our First Dance straight through to the early hours. You sang and played so good all night. Everybody said how amazing the band was. Special thanks to Kevin, from that first night we met you in Langtons you were an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to deal with, you bent over backwards for us both and couldn't do enough for us. 5 stars isn't enough to give you and I would HIGHLY recommend you all to anybody out there looking for a rockin band to keep your wedding going to the small hours :) x x

Hi all just wanted to tell you how delighted myself and Alan and in fact all of our guests were at the brilliant performance to played at our wedding. You had a difficult task trying to please country/80's fans and rock lovers but you pleased them all and more. The dance floor was full all night which my sore feet can prove!! Even the Dj was outstanding. The set itself looked impressive!! Even coming up to the wedding there was a lot of attention from both yourself and Gavin which I really appreciated. I also really appreciated the band learned the first dance song and indeed for Gavin for learning the song I had coming down the isle! The effect was amazing and added a lot to making the day special to both myself and Alan! I will be delighted to offer any references and will be recommending you to any wedding couples! We first heard Moonlight at our friends wedding. They were brilliant and thankfully they were available for our wedding. Moonlight played at our wedding in Hotel Kilkenny in July 2015 and they were amazing! Once the band started playing, the dance floor was full for the rest of the night. They play to the crowd and therefore they did not once have to beg people to get up and dance. Since our wedding, many of our guests have commented how great they were and they themselves have recommended Moonlight to other couples.
Compared to other wedding bands Moonlight are great value for money. They are very professional and quick to respond to any queries we had before the wedding. I have no hesitation in recommending Moonlight to any couple getting married.

I just wanted to say a massive thanks to Moonlight wedding band for playing at our wedding in the Knightsbrook Hotel, Trim, County Meath. They were absolutely amazing in mixing things up, getting people up to dance and of course your master stroke of playing the siege of Ennis was right craic!!

Would just like to say a big thank you to Kevin and all the band for the wonderful job you did at our wedding on New Years Eve in the Keadeen Hotel in Newbridge. From our very first meeting you were very professional and a pleasure to deal with, nothing was a problem and even changing our first dance song a few weeks before the wedding was not a problem. We cannot recommend this band highly enough. From our very first contact with Kevin the whole process was uncomplicated and stress free. Kevin and all the members of the band are extremely pleasant to deal with and nothing that was requested from them was a problem whatsoever. They arrived well before time on the big day and got set up with no fuss and no interference to the run of the day, the band kicked in seamlessly and very easily got people up on the dance floor, some who didn't get off for the entire night!! When the DJ took over again the process was seamless and the night went off brilliantly.
Two months after our wedding we are still getting compliments on our choice of band. We cannot recommend Moonlight highly enough, Fantastic!

Moonlight Wedding Band were fantastic at my wedding in the Kclub last August. We're are still getting super feedback from their performance! They had the entire room up dancing and the photos and craic was hilarious as a result! The constant positive feedback, I still get, has prompted me to finally post this review!

We were so delighted when Kevin and the Moonlight Band said they were free on 2nd August 2014 to play at our wedding in the Woodford Dolman Hotel in Carlow. From the first point of contact, nothing was impossible for them to arrange and they kept in contact with us right up until the day of the wedding. As a musician myself, I found this amazing band to be so professional in everything they arranged, from songs we requested to even last minute adjustments.
For our first dance I sang the first song with the Moonlight Band backing me as I danced with my beautiful Wife, they allowed me to make a special moment with a beautiful memory on our Wedding Day.

Moonlight made our wedding day all the more special. They played wonderful songs from the beginning to the end of the night. Many of our guests never left the dance floor and later commented to us about how great the music was. They added greatly to the love, laughter, and happiness of the day. The DJ was excellent too. We could not recommend the band highly enough. Their professionalism, talent and range of music was second to none. We were delighted with our choice. Moonlight played at our wedding in April and picking them was one of the best decisions that we made! All along they were so helpful and professional to deal with. On the day they were there early, ready to set up as soon as the hotel had cleared the space. They played great music all night....a range of genres to suit the whole crowd. The dance floor was packed all night and people kept commenting on the band for weeks after. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!!!

We chose Moonlight for our wedding on March 8th (band and dj) and it was one of the best decisions we made, as they are such a great band, highly professional, very amenable and easy to deal with and most importantly play great songs brilliantly! Great singers and musicians. Our dance floor was full from the first song and a great mixture of songs were played keeping all ages happy. We had a ball and a big part to play was the wonderful music and brilliance of this top band so we would highly recommend without hesitation. a great plus was having the band also do the disco after, ensuring a very smooth transition. What can I say about Moonlight...... we booked them without ever having heard them play live based on the online information and recordings available..... I can tell you they DID NOT disappoint!!! From the first point of contact right up until the post wedding thank you.... they were ever so professional and could not do enough for us. The music was absolutely brilliant.... our dance floor rocked all night right from the first dance. We were concerned that the DJ might not interact to much with the guests and might be in a bit of a hurry to finish up..... we could not have been more wrong! The DJ kept the party rocking and only finished up after numerous calls from the hotel staff to finish. I could not recommend ye highly enough, prior to the event our parents were all concerned what type of music we had booked, they are into the jiving etc... well I can tell you there was no one disappointed by the end of the night, young or old. We cannot recommend you enough to any couple looking for a brilliant nights entertainment and extremely good value for money..... best money I ever spent!!!! We booked Moonlight after seeing them play at another wedding, they sounded great and had everyone on the dance floor so we decided to go with them. At our wedding they were even better and (seriously) the floor was full all night. From when they played a lovely version of Your Song as our first dance, to when they rounded off at 2am with the disco.
Very accommodating to all requests and took the time to maintain communication with us coming up to the wedding to ensure we were happy with their plans.
If you're looking for a band that sounds great, and will have everyone up partying, go for Moonlight!

We had moonlight share our magical day wit us in May 2013! I couldn't recommend them highly enough - not only do they keep the dance floor going all night by playing a range of songs that suits all tastes but they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Kevin, Raf, Colette, Gavin and Martin you provide a service that is second to none, and honestly you made the night of our wedding something special. Colette, thank you so much for your heart stirring rendition of our first song ?It is you?, it was a pleasure to hear in your voice that it meant as much to you to sing it as it did to us to dance to it. From the moment we booked, to when they left the building Moonlight was the epitome of professional but human. It is easy to see that they love what they are doing, the whole night the dance floor was packed! If you want to have the ultimate wedding music experience then go for their complete package church music, drinks reception, wedding band and DJ. Kevin and the band were just fantastic they played at our wedding in a marquee in the garden, and the dance floor was full all night, everyone was talking about how great they were. The amount of family and friends that complimented us on our choice of Band was unbelievable, the floor was never empty, my legs and feet were still aching on wednesday haha!!!
Few of our friends said that they have been to a few weddings and ours was by far the best they had been to, that has to b a fab compliment but we pass that on to you because without you that would not have been possible.
So many happy memories were created that day and we are so thankful that we found THE BEST wedding party band in Ireland

Just back from Honeymoon and wanted to send you a quick email to say thanks so much for last Thursday. We had so many people coming up to us complimenting the band... our guests thought ye were great! ... the best band they had heard at any wedding they had attended. We also got loads of great feedback and comments about Gavin and his singing in the church!
I personally really enjoyed the music - maybe a bit too much, my feet were in bits the next day, had to wear flip flops for days afterwards, but it was worth it :)

Moonlight Wedding Band were fantastic. We saw them play twice before our wedding day on Carlow and Tullamore music venues and we were so happy with our choice of them as our wedding band even before the day.
On our wedding day in The Heritage in Portlaoise in September they were absolutely brilliant, we didn't notice them setting up, they did an amazing job on our first dance song and all our guests thought they were a great band. Collette interacted great with the crowd and is an amazing singer. We want to thanks a million to Moonlight for fantastic music on our wedding day, the might flew. Moonlight are a fantastic band. They were very easy to deal with before our wedding day and gave us great advice regarding first dace etc. They arrived on our wedding with an incredible amount of kit and their stage looked impressive. They bring so much enthusiasm and energy to a wedding. All night long they made sure that our dancefloor was packed and that our guests were having fun. They also manage to strike a nice balance by playing some music that appeals to the oldies and loads more contemporary stuff. I wish these guys the best of luck for the future. We had considered getting Men In Black or Spring Break but in our opinion Moonlight are much better. An absolutely brilliant band and exceptionally good value. Loads of our guests were asking where we got our band from and all seemed to love them. Thanks so much Moonlight.
