We offer a range of packages with church singers, full band and dj all available.The Poorboys is a four piece all male group, featuring some of Ireland’s most talented musicians.John Colbert regularly plays bass with Damien Dempsey, Paddy Casey and Mundy; drummer Tim McGrath was a member of Paddy Casey’s band on U2’s Vertigo world tour; singer Niall Donnelly has toured with Snow Patrol, Sixteen Layers and many more and with the addition of new guitarist Esa Taponen the band have set themselves as one of the best cover bands anywhere.The band have made several TV and film appearances, including the movie Laws Of Attraction starring Julianne Moore and Pierse Brosnan and the Meteor TV ad alongside the legendary Joe Dolan.They have also performed at countless weddings and corporate events across Ireland.The band perform from two main repertoires, updated on a regular basis – a more traditional wedding set comprising classic tunes from the sixties right up to the present day and a more alternative collection based around classic and contemporary rock tunes. The client is free to pick songs from across the genres and decades, compiling their own unique set list – this is one band that can truly play to suit all tastes.
